Nice place in down town of Madrid city,the hotel was clean and friendly staff, close yo malls,shopping center like primamark and decatlant,starbucks is a few steps from the hotel,i had a great time

Nice place, but going down… less people and worse service than two years ago. Once you find the right person everything is fine… but a normal shopping takes more time than expected.

I have always had an excellent experience in the Corte Ingles. I can find some of the finest products in its supermarket (Calle Fernando El Católico). Also, you can get amazing discounts for the second product. The only product Im not satisfied with are the mangoes, they tend to be expensive and not really tasty.

I loved the area i just entered el corte ingles to use the toilet but its really clean amd everything i was passing by there because i was going to the telefrico

A great department store with a great selection . There is a wonderful roof top view of Madrid from the cafeteria/ restaurant on the 7th floor.

I call Corte Ingles the evil empire because they have somewhat of a monopoly, especially in Madrid proper, and many of their employees have never been taught or practice customer service. The Empire had a tendency to take the fun out of any shopping experience.

As always perfect, has a big choice of everything.Well organized, friendly staff.

Not a too big mall, but less crowded than other el Corte Ingles mall which makes one of the best shopping experience in these types of malls. Very recommended

Expensive but great variety

Although this is part of the ECI (El Corte Ingles) shopping centres, it does have a few difference. Much easier to find things as more spacious. I always find the staff friendlier here than those who work in the Preciados Store. Got fabulous socks, which I did not find in Preciados and at a 50% discount. Long live ECI sales.

What I like most about this shopping center is the service provided by the people who work there and advise you.

If youre visiting Spain you need to check our Corte Ingles electronics. They have so many interesting products from some of the most iconic franchises and manufacturers. They even have life size Lego characters! Its a great place to take the kids to pick up some cool toys!

Best choice of food in their supermarket, which despite the current situation had everything you could wish for! Fantastic selection of ready to eat desserts, just what I need to get through the next weeks!!!

Favorite place to shop! Got everything you need! Its got all the brands and if youre looking for a place to purchase gifts, whether it be for yourself or for anyone else, I think this is the place you should be looking for as its got a great deal of things to offer. Its got several perfumes from several brands at several discounts, its got a grocery store, its got all youre clothing brands and their fanciest stocks and its got staff which help the customers to the exact necessity of theirs! They are really friendly and nice! When my friend and I had gone there, they gave us things much better than what was on our minds in regards to perfumes at much better prices along with a few testers for free as a goodbye gift. Simply fantastic!

My husband bought two shirts spent 245 eyro in the mens department and the man serving him was so rude and indifferent I could not believe it. Baby section the same and always under staffed. But worst has to be womenswear shoes..I was waiting for 12 minutes for someone to serve me while I had three pairs of shoes in my hands, when finally the associate came up to me she looked at me annoyed and said...DIME...I was shocked! Customer service is non existent, extremely rude and dismissive! Worst I have ever encountered, and to think Corte Ingles is the main department store of the whole country and represents Spain! What an embarrassment.
