Bengaluru to Coorg: Do not travel, unless there are no alternatives. Poor bus condition, front window broken, too many stoppages, goes via a longer route to Coorg which delays your trip by 2 hours. Pathetic staff too.

I had the best experience in Poornima travelsi havent booked my bus on that day and the next day there was complete lock down in bangaloreso i searched for Poornima travels number on goolgle and talked with an executivehe was very politeand he was waiting for me on that dayand also i havent eaten anything so he also offered me food and waterthen he booked...thank you

Horrified to see this bus running in damaged condition. Windshield glass has shattered (probably due to an accident as a result of bad driving), but bus is still operating without repair. I then read very bad reviews about this bus on Redbus. Thanking God that I booked KSRTC and not Poornima Travels for my last trip from Madikeri, Coorg.

L travel in this bus. They are cheaters. Especially if you are in a hurry please look for any other alternatives. Very worst travel experience of my lifeAt zero traffic during night this great bus has taken 4 hrs to raach from virajpet to mysore with multiple break during night.Later this stops in Mysore and does cargo service to Bangalore

The bus is not maintained well.I could see cockroaches crawling everywhere. There wasnt any sheet or blanket provided to the travellers.

The worst service ever!!Do not use this travel what so ever.Had booked for a sleeper, half way through they make us change to a Seator in the middle of the night. There were absolutely no technical glitch.Apparently, this is how their roots are planned.Had to wait for the bus in Bangalore for almost an hour and a half and then now, waiting in madikeri for another bus from an hour now.They change buses, then don’t even ensure that they stay until the other bus that i have to go on.WORST SERVICE EVER, Bangalore to napoklu route service especially!!

I had a confirmed online booking from Bangalore to Madikeri with my dad on 20 sept. I called Shiv Prasad (Poornima travels office in Bangarlore)and informed him that My pickup point is from Kengeri bus stand and he was agreed for the same. I was waited 40 minutes for the bus in the bus stand with My 60 years old unwell dad. As soon as bus reaches to the bus stand driver started shouting in bad words saying that he didnt had any information about our booking he tried to reach us but our number was switched off, only 1L and 1U seats are available if you want you can adjust, choice is yoursetc etc. Now you tell me what is the use of taking prior reservation? If you dont have any proper facilities like blanket water bottle etc why you people are running the business? I am telling you all the ladies are not like me one day one lady will slap your driver you better teach him customer service.

We booked ticket in sleeper bus of poornima travels from bangalore to coorg on 2 july 2017. Poornima travels canceled the bus at mean time and not even refunded the money. Its one week over bt we didnt get money back.

Never on time takes their.own time to reach starts @10:30pm and reached @5:30am where in there is no much stops, reason is bad road, yet other travels can reach early
