Nice experience cleanroom hot water near to the town good attitude from the staff. do check the power sockets are working properly cause while i was charging my cameras battery a small spark and it just destroyed my charger following a burned smell.

Nice stay.Good location, nearby bus stand and near to most sight seeing locations.Only problem was it is near to a movie hall so there was noise till midnight. Rooms were clean, spacious and all amenities were there. A double bed and 1 single bed was provided for 3 people so 1 extra star for that.Service was good and good food available.

The hotel is in the midst of town and so easy to go nearby by walk. Room is big but doors are old. Hot water is available always. Though we stayed for 3 days, the linen were not changed even once. Appears old hotel.

Hotel location is good. It is in the centre part of the town. one can get all facilities there. full of restaurants , hotels are there. I reached the hotel at 5.30am and my check in was at 12 noon. Still they allowed me to stay in the same room which I have booked(super delux). we have booked cab from coorgtravelworld which took 1600INR per day and almost we covered 90% areas of coorg. I recommend you to surely go to mandalpati. Its a very good place.

Restaurant serving speed and taste should improve. But its OK. Rooms are quite good But small amenities like tea kettle would boost the quality of stay. A lobby for people to meet would attract business travellers. Extention tables for restaurant near the ground floor rooms is good. If feasible can be extended to other floors but would surely require additional manpower and efficiency need to be checked.

Its a good hotel and service is also good. They have a restaurant which is very clean and it can be seen without entering the place. So I can say hygiene is maintained if you are a person who is concerned about it. Apart from all food is also nice in the restaurant which they have named NICE.

Never visit this for your stay.. Bedsheets are torn... No hot water.. Not clean at all.. Mosquitoes and other small insects( I doubt if those were bed bugs)🙄 horrible experience.. Dont take risk of visiting this place

Really a great place to stay under budget. Food is great even when compared with Hotel Udupi too. Hotel staff are highly helpful , they accept telephone booking and provide a temporary room for freshup incase of early checkin based on availability.

Hotel from Hell. This is the worst hotel weve ever stayed at. The toilets smelled very intensely of sewers, and the room of burnt food from the restaurant bellow. The white towels looked grey, the mattresses were not mattresses at all, the electric plug didnt work, so we couldnt charge our phones. The room was just dirty, with enough cobwebs to look like it was never clean, there was a slug in the toilet, noise from the other guests service bell and construction right outside the window went on all night. We tried changing rooms, but they said they only had more expensive ones and tried to charge us more money. After we complained they came and cleaned the toilets, and it stopped smelling so bad, which means they hadnt even done that before! After one month in India in budget accommodation, this still beat everything. Absolutely surreal.

Its one of the best option in Madikeri, as its in center and close to the private bus station.

The hotel is located very close to the bus stand and all shops and other hotels are close by so enjoyed my stay there secure, clean, close to omkaraeswar temple and other locations. If I go back to Madikeri I would repeat my stay there again.

Room is very small and not clean...it was very stincky..bed sheets provided was stincky like anything..I didnt use them yet all..they even charge for drinking water.. there no Phone to call reception..have to walk to reception to order water also.. location is good, accessible to all restaurants and transportation but hotel is not maintaned well..

Very good place to stay in Madikeri city and it is located right in the middle of the city at a walkable distance from both KSRTC & private bus stands. This hotel is neatly maintained, friendly staff, good food and most importantly economically priced. Although i have stayed in many resorts in coorg I equally like this place to stay.

If you are having food at the attached Nice Restaurant, payment is only by Cash/ Paytm.3. The intercom inside hotel room is non-functional.

Pros :* Easily accessible - Hotel is situated just near the private bus stand and since it is around the centre of Madikeri you can easily get around and try out most of the food restaurants, spice shops just by taking a 10-15mins walk. ....Ample Parking space - Have a lot of parking space to securely park your vehicle in the hotel premises. More than 10 cars and 10 two wheelers can be parked comfortably at a time.* Prompt service - The service at the reception and the room service was a good experience for me. Manager at the reception fluently speaks English and Hindi language which is a plus for other state travellers.* 24/7 Hot water available - Hot water was available in washroom at all the time without any restriction. Must for hill-stations. (Note : You might need to let off 2 buckets of water before you get hot water coming, but post that you will get seamless hot water).* Resting lounge available - Outside of room you will have chairs to enjoy the view and climate in early morning/evening/night. (Note : Since there is a theatre nearby you will hear a bit of sound when there is a huge noisy scene in a movie. Not noticable easily but if you have sensitive ears you will hear a bit. (Dont have high expectations about the rooms and you wouldnt be disappointed).* Check in Check out time - 12PM Check in and 12PM Check out might be convenient timings for most of the travellers.* Provided with a Towel, Soap - Didnt use both of it, since i had my own.* Can be convenient for group/solo/family travellers - Since the hotel is properly organized it should be comfortable for family travellers and Since they didnt impose any restriction at the time of my stay i believe it will be comfortable for Group travellers.* More rooms available - I believe more than 30 rooms are available in the hotel.Cons :* Bad quality Wardrobe/furniture - The wardrobe is of bad quality to keep your belongings. (Note : The hotel seems to be renovated recently and they have missed to renovate/maintain the wooden materials).* No proper light available for mirror. But you can manage it by opening your window curtains.* Bad quality window curtains.* Not sure if they provide campfire. (I believe its not available if its there then you can add it as a pro instead of a con)

We stayed in this hotel for 1day, 1night, the hotel is easily locatable near bus stand. Rooms are neatly maintained but not very spacious. It is an affordable mid budget hotel but no complimentary breakfast is provided. There was a power cut by mid night for nearly 4 to 5 hours, but no power backup provided. Since the climate is cool we managed it. Service is ok. Can be improved little better. For free wi-fi they say since our room is in 2nd floor it is not accessible. Then I am surprised why they say free wi-fi during booking.

You will get good & tasty food from the restaurant in the hotel.The location shown here is not cauvery hotel its cavery hall, exact location ofbthe hotel is near to the pvt.bus stand in the main town.

I checked out Hotel Cavery on 12/06/16 on 10 AM & after 15-20 mins i realized that i have forgotten my watch there in Hotel room no 309. I went again there by 10:30 AM & asked the receptionist to check the room. He told me that cleaning staff has already cleaned the room & they didnt found any watch there. Upon enquiring cleaning staff, they started pointing one & other & nobody was accepting that who has entered the room first.It was really very bad experience I have ever had with this Hotel Cavery staff, really really shameful.
