I was sceptical about getting my laptop fixed in Madikeri. I walked in to Pentatech Computer care. The employees were very professional and promptly attended customers. This made me feel why not try. I had my hard disk changed, though there was a rush I got it back within no time. Now that I gained confidence and trust I asked them to replace the keyboard. Since there model was not in stock they said they can place the order and fix it the very next day. True to their word they called me the next morning to have the keyboard changed. The cost of parts were reasonable and comparatively labour charges were low. I am very happy and satisfied with the entire experience. I reside in Bangalore where in every nook and corner you find a computer repair shop but I would definitely bring my laptop back here for repairs.

Excellent response for issues related to my laptop. Received the laptop in top working condition, the next day itself. I recommend this place for quick computer care and servicing. The best in Madikeri, I would say.
