Hotel is near by. It is average for stay 1-2 days. cleanliness is bit concern. washroom wasnt cleaned rest is fine.only wall fans are there.

We went to Coorg as a group of six. This is a 2bhk house with Car Parking Space. This is located at the heart of Madikeri. They are providing extra beds with very minimal cost or no cost at all.The care taker was too damn good. They will provide you with Playing cards and Carrom board. Breakfast is complimentary.24/7 hot water facility. Lots of good things at great price go for it without any hesitation.

Highly recommended for travellers looking for good hospitality and budget accommodation when in coorg…place is very close to bus stand, easy to find, friendly staff.👍🏻

It was a good stay all over. We reached in the early morning around 5:30 AM and they immediately allowed us to go to our room and later they did all other formalities. They provide breakfast between 8:30 to 10. The only thing I found problematic was that there was no wifi on the first floor. There are few good restaurants nearby like Rainbow and Sri Ambika Udupi veg. Bike rental services like Royal brothers is at walkable distance (5 mins walk). Tourist places in Madikeri like Rajas seat, Madikeri fort, Omkarewshwar temple, etc are nearby and hardly takes 10 mins to reach. During our stay, they forgot to provide a fan which they provided when we asked for it the second day. The hosts are humble and helpful. When you visit coorg, have a cup of Bella (Jaggery) Coffee. Its super amazing.PS. The tourist places at coorg will be closed till 20th April, 2021.

I was styed here 2+ days,it’s simply fantastic.i feel like my home.we will get very good, clean and clean and very tasty food prepared over coorgshell itself.they will keep all safty as priority like service mandatorily use face mask and sanitizer,hand-gloves with all basic safety to avoid covid.All employees in coorgshell like service boy, cook are friendly and they will make us comfort.we can inform to cook like what and food we need cook will prepare us with all safety.We will get all fesility like gyms equipment,yoga mat,hot water,cable tv, internet,AC.I just carried with my parents even they get comfort over here.

Nice place to stay.. Staffs are too friendly and very responsive person. I would give 5 star to stafs.. Rooms were okay kind of not great there was fossy smell. Its in city centre n royal brothers self driven bike is walkable fro here. Beaks fast included was awesome n coffee too

Rooms are little stinky. Room service are not there. They denied for cleaning the bathroom as there are no staff and i did vomiting. The guy who is managing is really good. We checkout at 12 PM but he allowed to stay till 9 PM and we missed our stuff so he posted it to us also.

Hotel is situated near to Raja seat location, there is nothing good other than this about this hotel. The hotel can occupy only 2 cars at a time we initially kept our car on road for sometime until other car is adjusted.There were two rooms and we stayed at room no 105.1. The room is extremely small and not clean, We asked to change the mat which is very nasty and dusty.2. Bathroom is not clean at all, dirty spots at all the corner and bathroom light is very dull.3. Room had dust over the sealing, and wet patches in the walls, totally some dusty smell in the room. There was dirty spots in the bedcover.4. TV is not working properly, the sound is not coming and display is not fine.5. Hotel havent gave us Wifi and told the next day that it is available.6. We requested our breakfast at 7:30 AM but they specified that they can provide only after 8:45 AM, so we couldnt plan our site visit early.7. We saw couple of small lizards in the place where we had left our shoes.Overall the hotel is not worth for money and not pleasant.Please try another hotel.

Found it last minute. They had nice rooms for great prices. They let us stay after checking out time, when we got stuck in tala Kaveri and let us stay for no extra cost.

We checked in to this hotel on 8th october. Thankfully, this hotel is very famous that we could simply find it in google maps. it is located in main city area and everything is very reachable from this place. It actualy doesnt look like a hotel, it looks like a bunglow/villa converted into hotel. The rooms are very small*. They had limited kitchen, infact they(reception) asked us to order food from outside only and they applied delivery charges too(which was not intimated to us earlier). parking may be an issue when all the rooms will be occupied, you might end up parking your vehicle on main road as they have space to park only 2 vehicles at a time.

This is a homestay.In online you are allowed to book only for non-AC.. but give the reception RS. 500 more if in case you need AC.The staffs are prompt and immediately respond to any need.Bathroom is spacious and clean with hot water shower.Place is about a KM away from bus stand. Easily accessible by walk.Has a gym equipment which is old and feels like it might break anytime.Overall a value stay.

Property was situated in a residential area. Staff behavior was nice. Food facility was available. In terms of services, it was completely fine.

Coorg Shell is low cost family hotel. There are no additional amenities like swimming pool or other.Food ordered is procured externally. Breakfast is served with local food which is good, but lunch/dinner should be avoided. We observed electricity failure in Madekari continuously and felt the need of power backup which was unavailable. Overall experience was good.

Small and smelly rooms, dirty bed sheet and linen, lights not working in bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast is aweful .... almost non existent. Paid INR 4255 for 2 nights which was quite high considering the price. The guy at the reception was very rude - when I complained about the amenities he straightaway asked to leave the place and move to another hotel.
