A good friendly environment. As a fresher its hard to fit in to it, most of the management is hr driven and they feel the most superior. The one good thing I like about this company is the benefits they are providing like free lunch and some policies. Coming to CEO Arjun he is a great guy I never seen someone so simple at his position and surprisingly I have seen him in mens toilets once which are meant for employees. I got two experiences in value labs. First I went there for an interview around 10 :00 clock and first round completed within 1hr and we where waiting for the second round after 3hrs they told us to have lunch and after that we will have the second round. Their the food(veg) is free for aspirants who are coming for interview and the food is very good after lunch.Second one is we again came downstairs and started waiting again because they are taking too much time for one person in the beginning and when coming to last 40 people they just took 5-8 min interview and the worst experience when coming to interview.

This company wasted my 15 days of time i got an call From HR name SAMIKSHA MANDLIK from Indore MP and said they scheduled my F2F on 1-Apr-2019 at 3 PM this people are such a great they didnt even send me mail of an Call Letter and interview location untill i mail i attended interview it is positive and it is for 20-30 mins in Valuelabs Hyderabad Phoneix H02 building i was interviewed by Technical Team that day i got call from Hyderabad HR NAVTEJ after my interview he said me that respected contact person will share you feedback i contacted contact person she said she will let me know once if she knows daily i was contacting her for feedback she is not giving any feedback oneday she said Feedback is positive and said me get ready with documentation after 7+ days she never used to call me i used to call her and get update.On10-Apr-2018 i got a call from Hyderabad HR RAJYASREE GOLLA saying that your first round is positive are u free for further rounds and further round will be in next week i said ok but no call and no message after 5 days i tried to contact them finally contacted them that day SAMIKSHA MANDLIK HR says feedback is not positive and RAJYASREE GOLLA HR says feedback is positive whom should i believe.How positive feedback became not positive after 15 days if is not positive they should intimate it prior only right.How come they say it positive multiple times i asked the same another HR VINOLIYA got in touch with me and she saying that further round will be with client your profile is not shortlisted for further round previous round is positive and client not shortlisted your profile.How client can predicated whether i will fit or unfit just seeing profile i asked what client is doing before first round no answer for that i was but rude obviously everyone will rude if their 15 days of time get wasted.I got a call from VEERA REDDY KAKUMANU he is talking completely rude and talking as if owns office and not as an employee.See this people wasted my 15 days of time and this people expecting respect from me.They are saying u r rude not coming to their commited mistake.Wrost company Wrost HRs.They would name it as WROSTLABS with Wrost HRS.Wasting candidates time and saying useless stories and making them fools by using word client.They are not ready share their Recruitment Lead/Manager Mail ID as they know completely mistake is from their side.Poor interview process.Dont waste your time by attending interview in this wrost organisation.Most wrost HRS.

I have been here for a Technical Writer interview scheduled by Avanti Challa and handled recklessly by Shiva. Both are from TAG.They made me wait for an hour. I was sitting in the 3rd floor next to the interview panel and waiting, but they ignored me and continue in their work.I called the TAG from reception and heard you can leave. The panel realized that there is an interview after two hours from the schedule and called me. By that time I left the venue.It is good that I come to know about the people before joining itself.
