Certain items are Very expensive compared to other shops. Cost of MYK Latycrete 290 grade, 20 kg bag, (cement like powder used for laying wall tiles), is Rs.645 in this store, while it is Rs.465 in the Stores located in Srinagar Colony. Same brand but the cost is very high in this store. This is my experience just today. Therefore, I suggest - better avoid buying specialised, costly and bulk items from this Store. This Store may be good for low cost and small items.
