This shop is one of the best one stop solutions for all art and craft work. Product are well categorised into neatly labelled shelves and the employees are handy enough to assist and guide customers with products that they are looking for.They accept card and digital payments which is very handy.A small issue that I had found was that certain adhesive section products seem to have expired inventory. I would suggest that customers check expiry dates on product labels before buying them.This place has a decent parking to accommodate 4-5 cars on the main road. However, on 3 separate occasions I found the parking was occupied by other cars that have come to visit people in the same building.

This store has an eclectic variety of products from stationary to DIY items and materials. Could definitely use more staff that can help around though. Additionally, prices are quite high.

Amazing place for art and craft enthusiasts. There isnt anything that you cannot find here. This place is a heaven to the eyes. Staff is fully sanitized and basic safety protocols are also followed while entering the store.

Meh! Im a huge fan of itsy bitsy and why not? this store is like a one-stop solution for all the crafters. But I have two issues with this particular branch.1 - the products are not stored very well. For example the OHP sheets. people buy these sheets because they need something clear and plastic easy to work with but the staff stored the sheets stacked on one another without any protecting layer between two sheets causing the sheets to be all scratched up. It doesnt serve the purpose anymore and now its a waste of inventory and space. Even with some cute metals frames its the same issue. They are dumped in a basket and now scratches all over them.2 - We need someone in the store who can do beyond fetching what we ask for. The jubilee hills branch have few employees who know their stuff. They offer product advice and suggestions to help us get product best suited for our project. That kinda service is missing in this branch.I have been here more than 10 times since this branch opened and I will continue to go cos its very close to my home but I know I cant expect all the things that you should from Indias leading craft store at this one branch.

Good craft store in madhapur. Located on the main road and convenient.The shop is new and has lot of craft ideas and materials. It may be around 1200-1500 sq.ft store..Nicely arranged and you can get thermocol, soft wood, artificial flowers, wire, etc are available.One thing we couldnt get was craft pens. But, no stationery items were available.The gift wrappers were also quite less. Few glitter wraps were only in stock.I wish they become a total art, craft and stationery store...
