Ambience is good and staff is cooperative.because of covid there is no complementary breakfast.otherwise all are neat and clean.

I prefer a hostel which is clean and have a good food. So I chose this one and I am satisfied also. Only problem here is the fee is a bit high but I think its worth it according to the facilities and the timely response. Only one suggestion for the management is that be considerate regarding any issue rather than loosing them.

Itll be good for 1 or 2 months and then you will know the true colors of hostel and the owner. Usually owners are not a problem in other hostels but here she loves to pick fights and she seems mentally disturbed. You will have to face bedbugs, rats, mosquitoes, under repaired microwave, washing machine, geyser (they sometimes asks you to pay for it even if you are not involved) and insults unnecessarily. They even doesnt give respect and insults your parents when they come ask about their behavior. Its the worst experience in my life. So consider my advice before joining there, dont get fooled with the interior.

Worst PG. They have bugs in their food, stale rotten food ,dont care about the health of the girls. The owner lady is rude to the extent that cant be explained. Proper money minded, can stoop to any extent for money. Worst service. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

There should be an option to give a negative rating for this hostel but unfortunately google review didnt provide it. Nevertheless giving 1 rating as it is least one.Let me start with the owners(even workers) where they treat you like they were providing services freely and you have to obey all the rules instead paying huge rents.I have experienced a situation where my room mate have stolen my wallet and even after complaining to owners they didnt even bothered as they dont want to loose tenant.My laptop and phone charger was damaged due to short circuit happened at this hostel and they just said its not their fault and I had to get new ones with my own money.Even after paying fee via online and sending the receipt to them in whatsapp they will come to you after a month and say that you havent paid the fee.There are numerous issues I have faced during the stay but I am unable to type here.At last suggesting people not to join this PG and regret later..DONT FALL for the appearance.......

I am taking some valuable time to write this review dont ignore please go through i am giving this review genuinely i dont have anything against them but i have to share my experience.I would like to share my bad experience with the old man who had a very rude behaviour so called owner for the homtel PG in kukatpally. I went to join my sister in the hostel by looking at the apperance which was my mistake. They showed a room in 3rd floor and after we paid the money he simply changed his words and asked to move 1st floor or ground floor. That to in a very rude way. Thats when i contacted his son Varun tej thought he can help me but he was helpless because end of the day he has to agree to his father which i respect nothing against you brother you were very polite to convey the same thank you. The staff has no discipline. I would like to tell who ever reads this review to understand that in the begining it self if they can be so rude i dont think they cannot provide good services for 100% and its been proven by there previous reviews. Girls I request all of you who are in the hostel to understand you guys are not staying for free its your right to ask what you feel like if they behave rude or unprofessional please complaint to police who will take care of them all girls out there be bold and question when things dont go as promissed just dont change the hostel that will not help you and i strongly recommended all the girls who wants to join this homtel PG please dont join it worthless.

It deserve negative star rude owner lady!!!Recently there was an incident happened to our hostel girl they allowed a one of the tenant she came fully drunken to the room and puked in hostel room!! before which rest of the girls in the room complaint about her many times still the owner didnt take any action !! They drunken girl created lot of drama and assaulted the room girls physically still to show there management is good they blamed the victims...it got police case also....this incident show that zero safety for girls!! The management was least bother on girls safety,But much concerned only on Money. Take too much high rent with quality less food and facility.!!! Management is a joke,Quality is less!!safety is a question mark.....!!!!

Very bad pg.. the staff is rude. All they care is for money. Food is very bad and very unhygienic. Kitchen is never cleaned the microwave is all dirty.. they argue with you on silly things the staff does’nt understand english nor hindi.. it was a very difficult stay for me especially when they are charging so much you except them to give you atleast proper food..

Worst pg.no security for girls.a guy stared into rooms at 2:30 am from the park side with his torch on for almost half an hour.if uwant to pay high and still if u dont want to get respect join.sweepers behave like owners.u can find white ones (White color seen frequently in old times) and even mosquitoes in rice) .if you complain over this they dont care and just say it is from dall.its been thrive we got those white colored ones cooked on rice🤧

Deserves 0 rating.Ruthless, ghastly and money minded owner and if you want feel like servant under them after paying huge rent, opt for this.Rats and cockroaches and bed bugs are your friends. My bike and car parked by rats and lost around 12k just for the repair in a month.Food are highly unhygenic and unhealthy to eat. Full of oil, salt and chilli powder and of course cheap ingredients that cause health concerns.Drinking water cans would never be cleaned and can see algae.No food during festivals for 3 to 4 daysshort circuit and shocks with washing machinesTV recharge need to be begged every month and still they recharge after 4 to 5 days to save 10-15 RsNo Wi-fi most of the timesCheap mentality and money minded ownersServants are authoritative and you feel you are their servants

Rent is high and recently the rent has been increased...low quality of food(maida in all chapathis and bf),milk with milk powder and cockroaches, lot of mosqitoes.very rude behaviour towards our complaints.

They create drama for each of your complaint..you hav be friendly with that owner lady or else she wont support you if you have problem with your roomate this happend with many girls who stays there.i dont know why she stays there hours together if she is not solving any issues.no proper security for ventilation..no grills...someone can easily enter ...

Advance amount is different for different ppl idk y this and they ask only money no online psyments for advance...if you are vacating u have to be in person to inform them if you are on vacation they dnt give you the money of your advance..if you call and tell them before 15 days they wont agree where ever you are.. you hav to come and tell them that you are vacating instead of a phone call

Rats and cockroaches ...and bed bugs too..Are we woking in a office or staying in hostel...?..these ppl wont provide food on festivals that too for 3 to 4 days...and they will put this statement on notice board...u cut the money if u dnt provide food here...y r u taking full amount of money....short circuit and shocks with washing machines..they wont work too.cheap branded second hand machinery like their mentality...ur branches are becoming more it dsnt mean u can provide this kind of food and facilities.....

For what we are paying rent i dont know...starting quality was good but day by day the quality of food and facilities hav gone been worst...its been months we complained abt washing machines no action towards that....they wont work at all worst brand too whirlpool...low price machines....and the lift wont work on every weekend only ....every week we have an issue...and this wifi wow it wont work in the night after 10pm.....if u continue a good name pls provide the good quality with facilities...last but not the least the so caled person who is a maid wil shout on us while having food dnt put much curry etc..blah bllah.......as if he is a owner here... his name is sathyanarayana ...i just show middle fingure to this guy....lot of complaints on this guy....there are timing for cooking too if u wanna cook....he shows partiality too...owner comes daily but if we complain on any issue she is like you are the one who complained abt this issue same dailogue for every person who complaints to them...better change all this hope u realize atleast now and it wont repeat again

PG is good with all possible facilities, so it is little more expensive than others. But food is too spicy not a big fan of the food served here.

Worst management, food quality has been degrading day by day, lift and washing machines they dnt work properly even for a single day, nd these money minded owners🙏🙏 gives much importance to the workers rather than people staying there and they costs 8400/- for a 3 sharing which are vry conjested and these ppl seriously takes months to resolve a small issue

Very Good PG/Hostel for ladies in Madhapur with well ventilated rooms, good food, gym and parking etc..

It is very unhealthy place to join.No good food provided.cleanliness is not maintained.No one will be responding for our problems.Its bettee to stay in any hotel than here.Money minded owner.And workers will always be taunting you.U can lose ur self respect if u stay there.

U would never seen such a worst of in Ur life...most of all worst owner lady...3rd rated behaviour no safety for girls on one permission they are running 3hostels.....to be noted that maintanence is not at all good...even if u complaint she wont mind....just for money she will go to any extent...in every review they said Varun take care and new management but that lady is only sitting and ruling because of her pg become even more worst....she never know how to respect humans..there own hostel PPL created a whats app group against them......cant say in words every girls have so much of complaints and concerns.....on the group....when you approach them for any complaint she will only one thing that you are the only one who is facing this issue

This place is worth the price with decent food, gym facility, well maintained, first grade security. If you are a super busy working woman and dont have time to do chores, this is where you should be.
