Very fantabulous n marvelous place to visit. Many companies in the building. As I work here we come down to chill n have fun. The breeze takes u to feel in soul. A refreshment in the eve.

No free walkable space between companies..scary liftcafeteriaIt suits only for rich people..highly paid employees.. avg people cant afford.even there is no metro/bus stop near by...

After ikea ,2and most attractive building..But roadside parking is issue u cant wait or park thats why should have confirm gate or point..

Its providing best work place environment,soo spacious and luxurious work place. Great place to work. Lobby area is well Organised. Lifts are super express.Still lot of work is in progress. These twin towers will be setting an example for other developers to build the modern buildings.But, entry and exit are not well planned as it will lead to heavy traffic jam once all the floors are operational.

Nice new building for IT companies, huge complex, good parking, enough trees to give pleasant feeling. Overall a good structure, in the night tine it looks beautiful with all lights being on. One cant miss it from any road

New age commercial space from my home constructions with a beautiful elevation. Almost becoming a signature building and stand out design.Hosting many companies inside and the food courts opening up helps the teams working here.

Beautiful building..

Support staff and security sounds like they are strange to the job of what is assigned, many times noticed them confused and misguided as none sound like they are able to help with right direction. Parking, lifts, washroom, cafeteria, office space, accessibility to the location and so on, everything is good and quite serene. It is the space that I found that they have used most advanced controllers. Training to the staff may help the whole property to fulfill its purpose. Parking is quite easy and spacious.

New corporate land is here with multiple MNC companies. Two building 1. Non SEZ 2. SEZ BUILDING

Amazing workplace

No doubt it has got great infrastructure. Numerous MNCs operate from here. However, they have failed miserably in terms of executing the building location. Building of such high capacity cannot be right next to the main road which is completely packed during the peak hours. Getting out of the building in your personal vehicle during peak hours is very tiring and time consuming..!

New landmark for Hyderabad. The buildings are great. Recently opened for business and public. The food court is still being developed. Some stores outside too. The place will be much better when all the stores and food court become fully operational.

Lovely office space. Dont worry about the high rise. We have 32 lifts for 22 floors. These are only for employees and doesnt count the service lifts. Lifts are super fast. Takes 25 seconds to reach 19th floor if its non stop. Fast! Urban Terrace is just wow... Lot of food outlets and few other outlets are going to open soon. It has a nice view and greenery which is soothing to the eyes. Nice place to take a walk at times just to get out of your desk. Love this new place!

A big appeal to the security team of the Skyview 10. How come u can allow employees coming on two wheelers without helmets. If u doubt me check the past CCTV footage. Kindly implement as soon as possible by keeping a display board at the entry itself - NO HELMET NO ENTRY.....

It Is a Business Center With Many Companies Together. It Has Two Blocks And a Huge Parking Area Inside. The Construction Of the Building Is So Unique. During Night, With the Colorful Lights, It Steals the Show.

Beautiful place to work but has just 1 entry and exit for employee vehicles that too which directly connects main road which makes very hard in the evening to move out

Hopefully it would be an iconic commercial building in high-tech city. Currently it is not completely operational. Still most of the floors are unoccupied. In next 6 months we may expect a fully completed, occupied, operational & beautiful Skyview property.
