It was two days stay at this property last week,wonderful experience specially ,staff hospitality and receiving is nice,the second I missed my breakfast because they closed it sharp 10.00am ,it was 15 minutes late for me but the hotel staff came and arranged breakfast ,thanks for it.

It has 4 flats with 5 rooms each. Very good to accommodate guest visiting Hyderabad for a family function. Rooms are very neat and clean. the living area is very spacious too...Coming back to worst thing of all... management. I followed up for a week, calling couple of times every day, But the property manager did not respond at all... phew!!!

Good for stay for business travelers at 1500. Spacious room. Construction is more than 10 years old. I had to change room as window was not closing and mosquito were coming in. New room given was excellent.

Location is good if you need to be in Hitech area. The place was relatively clean but very old dated in any aspect and prices where relatively high. I paid almost same amount as i paid one day earlier in Bangalore in Holiday inn Express which was a great place

Worst hotel experience in my life! I booked and paid through Agoda. The man at the reception desk allowed me in, and then started troubling. He asked me to pay them again as Agoda has not informed them about my booking. I had the Agoda customer care call him but he was not convinced; I had to contact their managing director to sort out the issue. He acted like a professional but the man at the desk/ duty manager kept being a pest- calling my room and speaking in native language for no reason, so I had to disconnect the phone line to get some rest. The following morning there was no water supply and it took more than 2 hours for him to fix it. They said Agoda doesnt pay them regularly so they wanted to take the revenge on the customer! Though their website mentions they arrange airport transport, the manager at the hotel denied this. Dont go to this place.

4 stars only because people (staff) are polite and helpful. Rooms are okay for the price But, for the TV did not work for the 3 days i stayed. Breakfast could be better. A

Place s very much reachable to hicc .. Just locating next to pearl jubliee hotel n opp to oyo rooms. Parking place s bit small but k kind . Rooms r tidy n neat n cost effrctive. Fir group of friends its quiet good

There will be no reasons to say no for hill view. The rooms are neat, clean and beautiful. The food is amazing and at the reasonable price. The receptionist is professional, has organisational ability and multitasks with aplomb. I assume all the hillview outlets are as good as this.

Good , spacious hotel and located in the hi-tech tech park. Walkable distance to most IT company. Quite Good for the rate charged. U can enjoy home made food.

Right place if you want to stay close to HiTech city. Place is close to main road but little tricky if you are coming for the first to time. Food is good and staff is friendly.

A very good guest house just beside Shilparamam. They provide breakfast which is included in the tariff. Behaviour of the employees are excellent. Food are okay type.

Stay was decent, rooms are bigger, cleanliness is top class. Breakfast is big disappointment , no restaurant in and around this guest house so you may ended with empty stomach.
