Greenmark Developers is one of the very few builders in Hyderabad who gives so much importance to open space and greenery inside.Mr Kalyan Reddy the Director of Greenmark developers, The love and passion he has for the greenery is commendable.I had a very good experience with Mayfair apartments CRM team. I booked a flat in Mayfair apartments, Tellapur in March 2020. Very soon the covid pandemic started, And due to some financial disturbances I had to cancel the booking. I had mailed them about my concerns and had several discussions. Mr Yarlagadda Srinivas Reddy from CRM team was my contact from mayfair team. He was really good and always had patience in talking to me. He was really kind enough to understand us. He internally had several discussions with the senior people and managed to return back by booking advance amount which is supposed to be forfeited as per the terms and conditions.I was really moved and impressed with the kindness of people working for Greenmark Developers(Mayfair team). This is a real testimony of honesty and genuineness of the organization.The surprising and fun fact is that now I have invested in a villa with Greenmark Developers itself. All this is because of the trust factor the builder established with their customers. I would continue to invest with the same builder in future as well.

I worked as a senior site engineer in Galaxy apartments kondapur...I resigned my Job in 3 months, because there is no value for the technical or professional engineers in this company..they only give importance to the staff who is non technical or supervisors who works in the site just blindly without maintaining any safety and quality measures...even junior engineers will behave as a superiors on us...I am giving this review not to blame the company name or something... requesting just to give importance to every staff who works with you as a family ..at least in future

Very good investment option. One of the few good builders who are building quality homes in Hyderabad. Very Cooperative & Customer Friendly. Very Impressive floor plans and architectural view of the venture. High quality construction.I have been to various builders but I did not feel the transparency, but everyone is very dedicated responsible and explain every single doubt very patiently. All the best!

Had been to the site for the handover of my flat. After initial assumptions in regards to the quality, was overwhelmed by the quality of construction, the finishing and process. Their were a few paint touch ups which the team did it then and their. It was a very smooth process of the handover and am now looking forward to getting my interiors done.

Their projects are synonymous with delays in delivery. They collect money from people on time but do not deliver projects timely.Do not get trapped buying a flat in any of their projects - they just take you for a ride. Also, their quality of construction is 3rd grade. Water seepage is prevalent in all their constructions.Their promoters are violent and are always fighting with customers over unmet deliverables.That day is not too far when they will flee with customers money.

I booked a flat in their Galaxy apartments. This seems to be a dream project with good amenities and well planned greenery. I have heard positive feedback on the construction quality from friends who received their flats recently for interior work. I would consider it as a best project in that locality. Only compliant is, delay in handover and inefficient communication of their CRM team on the project completion which impacted our personal plans.

I own a flat with Greenmark developers and happy to say this...Firstly Quality of construction is perfect and well maintained..Model flat looks awesome and the quality of the flooring (RAK Ceramics Grade 1)and the bathroom accessories are too good luxuriousAppreciate the customer service and the CRM team was so helpful towards the addressed issues and solved asap..Best place to invest...The registration process was pretty cool!!!!

They boast that they are best developers but in reality you will get the feel they are substandard. They follow very tricky pattern when comes to promotion of sales. They say 50% complete while launching and then give you pain after purchase of flat. Same case in both projects. Their CRM deserve oscar award. If you want to have nightmares then go ahead and book flats in their projects. Happy booking.

I bought from a landowner a few months back and visited the site reading some reviews by some people. I found them to be baseless and are really confusing to lot of buyers like me. There is a huge progress in the site as well as in my flat. I was told the handover will be some time in the month end for my flat. Some of the pics taken at site are being posted. If any one has confusions I suggest you to go to the site and enquire with the team rather write false reviews. No hard feelings pls.

Firstly, I was happy with the price I bought my flat from Greenmark Developers, cause the price gone high tremendously. I felt bad when I invested with Greenmark, but now after seeing the present price and my apartment I was very happy. Last week they dispensed my falt. I strongly feel that investing with Greenmark will never disappoint anybody especially with the price they sell it for. I live in Switzerland and took a flat in Galaxy on recommendation from one of my friend. I never saw the property till the handover. There were some misconceptions initially but perfectly happy after handover. The problems with initial social media groups are, few people get confused and also confuse majority of the people. Overall I got my flat as promised and happy. Good investment for my hard earned money. I certinly recommend Greenmark and wish them all the best for there future projects. One problem is the approach road which GHMC is neglecting to clean the rubbish. Completely disappointed by the attitude of the Team. While there are many posts regarding the quality, i utterly fail to understand the idiotic rule of visiting the flat only once till the handover is completed. Do we have an estimate when the handover will happen for each block ? I have never heard about such restrictions from any of the builders. Doesnt the Team have the guts to face your own customers ? Why cant a security official accompany us to visit the flat? I would like to see a reply from CRM Team here explaining why the stupid rule.

The building is located in the HiTech city kaman opposite jubilee enclave.It is very difficult to find the office.here a pg is located in that street dead end you can see the building it is good looking and friendly security personnel and easily accessible by all means of transportation and cab ride service.

The promise of a modern builder will start to fade as you move from sales to actuals.Promises are not kept. The sales team and the maganagement are not aligned. The plan keeps moving so youll wonder what will happen to your desire to occupy a place you have paid for.Be mindful, ensure you verify everything. This is a risky proposition. Considering the management is rude and dont want to connect. Wonder how they will build a reputation for a company when they dont want to listen to their customers who are their brand ambassadors.Upon raising questions for falling short on quality and commitments, i have started to get threats to keep quite. Upon escalation to so call senior manager who does not have basic manners to speak to customers, i am told take the money back.an example of builders bulling customer and showing of power and clout and intimidating customers.Struggling with getting the post dated cheques given as security Deposit delayed since 8 months only to be surprised their accounts team has lost them.

Possession got delayed. After too many follow-ups , I got an intimation of possesion on 7th Sep 2019 asking me to come for Handover by 14th Sep.However,when I visited the place, I found that water connection, fitting are not in place and construction is not as per the agreement.CRM team is responsible for this kind of miscommunication/ wrong information. I lost good money due to1. Delayed possession2. Completion of work not as per construction agreement.3. Wrong communication about completion of work.

Soon they would have to change their name because of poor quality of work they are providing to customers in Galaxy Apartment.The efforts you are making to maintain the rating on google by managing sponsored reviews arent going to help you in long way. Anyway people can simply walkin and they would get to know the reality.Moreover anybody can easily guess that if people are really happy they woulnt put these many efforts to write long review and counter the frustration of other owners who are suffering from your bad marketing gimmicks. We know that as soon as we write some real review you are managing a fake review to maintain the rating levels but that shows how much you care about your customers.Wanna write a lot about but just below line will show everyone that you are the worst builder.You are not allowing owners to visit their own flat and now asking to have a single visit between now and possession. I have Purchased flat in Galaxy Apartments which was owned by Greenmark, wanted to give detail Review of My Experience so that people can plan accordingly who are buying in there future projects.1. I have purchased on Dec 2017, while i am buying CRM team use to say the possession date is by Dec 2018 and i was okay with that but when i am making agreement they have mentioned completely different as 16 Months from date of agreement and 6 Months Grace for that, so finally it becomes Nov 2019 and in clever they will say you can confidently sign the agreement sir as we have mentioned worst case scenario. This was the first cheating they have started with customers2. While Purchasing for flat visits after the booking we need to send a email about our visit to CRM so that they will permit us to visit, i thought okay this will be a good approach there will not be huge crowd in the weekends and thought it was good management, later on from May 2018 they have completely stopped us from visiting our flat till now which will be since 14 Months i havent seen my flat at all.3. At the time of purchasing they have said will handover the all the flats at once when they are at livable stage, but CRM team has called me in the month of Mar or Apr 2019 and said that you have to complete the registration as the handover will be given as per the completion of registration. I have made 100% payment and completed the registration irrespective of knowing flat construction status (as they havent allowed us to visit my own flat). This is the second process where they have cheated the customers again.4. At the time of registration and handover i have seen some strange and huge charges which came up to customers, i.e Documentation Charges and Maintenance charges. Documentation Charges while registration is common with all the builders but no where they will collect 25K but Greenmark have collected from all the customers. While hand over also they have collected 30K from customers explanation for handover charges 15K was for maintenance while we do our interior for electricity and Debris cleaning and another 15k will be caution deposit which will be refundable, can compare with other builders how will they charge.We will be an effective person and will be listening lots of pros before buying the flat here, once we have purchased we have to follow the CRM Rules of Green Mark, they will not consider customers feelings and opinions

Worst ever experience with the CRM staff of this builder. The CRM will behave good until the deal is done. Once you are in trap, they will show their true colors. They threat to delete reviews. The only skillset the CRM team have is to make people fool. Stay away from this trap.

Absolutely agree with Ishtiaq Ahmed. Initially, thought that it was a great place to investment and proud to own a flat at prime place but eventually it is proving wrong and more worrying me by considering construction progress and no proper communication to the customer. Its wonder that nothing is finalized yet and still hearing different versions on internal material though possession date is getting closer as they promised.Now it is getting tough to reach them by any means so requesting them to have regular meetings atleast monthly once 1 hour time dedicate to all buyers and update customers on progress and address their concerns since 90% flats were sold. Its highly appreciated and builds the trust and transparency.

I can strongly say all the high rated reviews are fake reviews as I know many of the customers(including me) who bought from them and suffered on below1) FAILED TO DELIVER on committed dates.2) Quality(seepage issues)3) Commitment4) False promises5) Sales/CRM team will not respond to any of customer issues either through phone/emails.6) They will not allow any customers to there office to discuss any problem.7) You will not be allowed to see your flat until handover( before u pay advance they will any communicate any such rules).After all once you buy a flat from greenmark you will never treated as a customer and you will receive only rules/commands from them.

They failed to deliver Galaxy Apartments as promised. They committed for Dec, 2018 and collected money from all buyers and now they are not responding clearly on the hand over dates and forcing us to go for registration without seeing our flats. I wonder how banks are disbursing 98% money for unfinished and unseen flats. If they are genuine, I expect a response here from the builder on the hand over date and reasons for the delay because you screwed our personal plans.

Guys, Think twice before investing with this builder. There is a project called Greenmark Galaxy going on in Raghavendra Colony, Kondapur and because of some payment issues with landowner builder has stopped working on the landowners share. It seems they do not have clear terms agreed with landowner and buyer is getting sandwiched here. Moreover, they first committed possession by Dec-2018, then in Feb-2019, then June-2019 and now we have no clue when we get the possession actually. Truly frustrating experience. This is a caution to all the investors who are planning to invest in their next project called Mayfair Apartment.

That’s what green mark developers have done, their sales team and Delivery Team do not talk to each other to start with. Promises made by sales of the quality of material to be used in their Galaxy appartment project is like the tip of Mt.Everest and what they are delivering is like the base of the mountain. They are cutting corners as if there is nothing that matters to them now as all our money is with them !! Quality of tiles , covering of the outlet pipes all against and lower than the promised standand. These are just a few things! Morden day banking and governments also do things to support and encourage property investment. But this company will make you think if anyone in that industry can be trusted with the promise they make. Then when you even try to discuss and resolve the ans is - no can’t do !Wow!
