Good company to Join as a fresher and Gain a lots of work knowledge.

No words to say this centillon Networks pvt limited, i say one word only amazing this,

HR people will tell u about benefits such as weekoff,leaves,salary increments.but once u signed the bond they will flip the plate.they target only jobless candidates whose looking for long time.this company has no weekoffs,no leaves,no salary hikes.sometimes u have to work on sundays in a row.i had talk with some employees they said that work environment is not good at all.nobody will give u proper training.u have to learn by urself only.if anything goes wrong they ll blame u.full of politics.my interviewer has no not even little amount of communication skills.good thing is i dropped myself on 1st day.
