Big time lier, hopeless serviceLie Number 1- My wife gave them clothes for ironing and rolling polish. They promised to deliver the clothes by 6 pm on July 3. When I called them, thay said we can deliver by July 4.Lie Number 2 - When I said I need the clothes on the same day as I have to wear it for a function, they said we will deliver by tonight, I havent recieved the clothes yet.I have called them multiple times since morning today but no response yet.If you love headaches and doing multiple follow-ups, visit them.

First thing to note about their services are that they delay a lot for delivering the clothes. The minimum delivery time is about 5 days. They say that they have door delivery. However they rarely come and collect the same from your home. They dont accept credit cards and accept only Paytm. Keep all this in mind before giving your clothes.

I suggest they pick and deliver the clothes as they mention. It happens only in their timings that too post 2pm which is difficult to most of the IT bachelors. I Always do that job myself. I suggest them to provide carry bags, you need to carry over. Owner is reachable mostly and responds well. Still more care needs to take for clothes in terms of wash n iron.

The blanket I gave to them for dry cleaning, smelled very bad, but the owner was nice and honest enough to offer me to reclean that. After another round of cleaning, blanket seems clean.I gave them pants with some stains, but they are not removed even a bit, after normal wash; may be they are permanent marks.Prices are economical here. They take clothes by the rate of Rs. 80/Kg for normal wash. The best thing is that you can give your innerwear and undergarments too!

Using Heywalle app I booked Sofa cleaning appointment on 6th December. The money has been deducted. Initially I was told that there is no staff available at that time and they are on holiday. After 16th December service will be provided. Till date no service provided. No one is answering the calls and dont know whats going on. Feeling cheated.

This is a good place if you are looking for laundry service at decent price. I go there for steam ironing of my clothes. The timelines are little shaky, so inquiring before collecting your cloth is suggested. Their land line doesn’t work, so use the number in Google maps.
