An amazing company to work at. Have been interning here for quite some time. The people are very friendly. Its a company branched out towards both real estate and hospitals. Have 5 multi specialty hospitals across Telangana. I intern here as an analyst, the knowledge I gained here is immense. As they go into healthcare its a very important part to analyze and they are doing an amazing job by working in this domain.

One of the worst maintained hospital in Vizag.... I request one of the Doctor to go and check ur scan areas and its wash rooms... even public wash areas will be far far better then this hospital.... i strong suggest not to visit and get new diseases..

What they promised not full fill they focused only to build tower not in the basic facility for residency they are not all other service provider there is no land line connection and other network dont have signal very poor connectivity of all network provider they people not allow to other service provider to fix the tower , there is only ACT fiber data provider and they not lesion to customer they have there on monopoly to provide the cervices. There quality of work goes down.

Construction is pathetic, I have been facing seepage issues since the time I took possession of my flat and since then I am following up with the concerned authorities but nothing is being done. My interiors got spoiled due to seepage. They are just selling flats on my premium price and after that they are not bothered. Extremely dissatisfied and repenting on my decision of investing my entire savings in Pbel city alias INCOR

Construction quality is ok...two decent well maintained swimming pools, gym and play area for children. Inside store but selling on MRP, so shopping inside is a bit costly.

Worst builder. They keep changing the price after booking. They try to find reasons to cancel so that they can sell at more price to others. One-City is never ending project. You will see worst VP sitting there.
