I feel its totally a wastage your time to given a interview with this organization. First of all HR schedule your interview without asking your availability. Then after clearing a first round she again schedule your second round with out further checking your availably on same day. On top of that you will not going to hear anything from HR end. Shes not responding to your mail, shes not replaying on text message. Total pathetic experience.Advice to HR Team : OpenText is a very reputative organization please dont fall organization name because of your unprofessional behavior. Also I believe you guys have more free time but we are working professional so please dont waste our time. At least you can say You Are Not Selected that it.
