It is an awesome platform for employees, if a company wants all HR tools under one roof. It takes care of Recruitment, Onboarding,Exit, Attendance, Leave ,Payroll compliance and Performance management.

You cant get any POC(point of contact) before visiting the organization. And the management isnt sure what to do in next steps. Management needs to get in proper sync...
