One of Best place to work with foremost work life balance :)

With lot of pain i am writing this review. Approached this firm with an idea, signed up an agreement and paid the amount and even handed over the UI. After waiting for 7 months BEYOND THE DELIVERY DATE which was set by them self, i got my application with full of flaws, off course they have not delivered it i have to get it delivered as it was to be a never ending story. Even basic coding standards like password encryption is not followed. Its very hard to find a responsible person here though all are good. When you ask a question with regards to the status or if something goes wrong either management or the employees wont react even. No owner ship of the task, no accountability. Like the management the employees. Lack of all these, they ended up working on my project for 11 months. Except Mr. Chandrahas no one even used to reply to me. All together they felt me like i am roaming in Amazon forest without navigation. Finally, now, i have to get it done from the scratch again and off course have to spend money and time for the 3rd time.Note : unlike the 1st company, who took 50% of the payment, made me wait for four months but gave nothing except reminder for 2nd installment of the bill, at least these guys finally delivered something off course not a marketable product but i have to satisfy my self by remembering some thing is better than nothing.
