Ordered a zinger combo and one large popcorn chicken, all the items were fine except for the Zinger burger.The chicken was semi cooked, I waited for the counter to be empty so that the staff doesnt feel bad and showed them politely. The girl showed her manager who was busy in phone, he was like throw and give new one what big deal with a careless tone... totally least bothered, no apology , no empathy...he was busy in his phone. I requested the girl I will come after a while please cook it properly.A Replaced new burger was given. This is more worst, I can see the raw flesh and blood, it was frozen and deep fried early. I didnt feel like showing them again as there is no point because manager behaviour is pathetic already. Attached pics of the semi cooked chicken.A very basic thing when you order a burger is chicken must be cooked. Even after informing if the chicken is not cooked, its better to avoid eating at the place. I didnt expect a brand like KFC has such low standards.Check if your meat is cooked always at these places else it can cause food poisioning.

The food is very tasty and delicious.The pieces are less in number for the price paid though.The texture and cooking of the chicken is very good and the ingredients that goes in to the making of this chicken is very large.The location at this place is high priced. Due to the hi-tech city location and the software centre where the business people think they get very good business due to this.KFC should reduce the price of the food as the bill goes with the gst tax also.On the whole the food is very tasty and crispy.

One of the busy food joints in Inorbit mall.The taste of the chicken in this KFC is not as good as the ones that are available outside.Had here many times, the buns in burger are not fresh and also the chicken wings does not have enough spicy as compared to other KFC’s and the chicken pieces are too much oily.

This has to be the most pathetic fast food outlet in the world. I have been here multiple times and with the same simple order. Three pieces of chicken and fries. Starting from the ordering process the whole experience is horribly painful. They will try to upsell you some combo or the other even if you keep saying no. This is just the beginning of your struggle. Once they take your money they will make you wait and then expect you to follow up with your order number / bill before they even begin assembling your order. Many a customers wait forever while those who came after them are served. This has got nothing to do with the complexity of your order. I have always ordered chicken and fries for takeaway. The necessary items are ready and all it takes is 10 seconds to bag them. However I have been made to wait from 15 minutes to 20 minutes for this simple order every time. Even when the customers are 2-3 max. This time I approached the serving staff and asked them if I am supposed to hand over my bill and order number for them to serve me. And the stupid woman had the guile to say YES! and walk away. Her photo is posted by the reviewer GK who makes a valid point about food handling hygiene. She is the one with the rings in the photo. Following which I went back to the billing assistant and asked for a refund. Needless to say I was immediately served, but incorrectly. I had to remind them once more that the order was a takeaway and get them to bag it. YUM! Brands who run this outlet should not be in the business of fast food if this is typical of their service. Every time you go here you will leave feeling like a homeless person who had to queue up and fight for his free meal at the soup kitchen.

Never ever buy at KFC which is in Inorbit mallI eat it 3 years back I got Typhoid Fever. Because they gave us spoiled food.And the oil which they were using is very worst thing I have never seen before.I have order from KFC day before yesterdayI didnt checked that Im getting it from Inorbit KFC. I dont what the hell are these people delivering, since 2 days I was in hospital.I request people to dont buy anything from this KFC.

Placed an order at 15:20 and received it at 15:55. There was no rush at the counter as there were only three customers including me. They took 35min just for placing the items in 5 in 1 meal box which is already ready to be served. The staff needs to be trained to serve fast.

HiToday I visit kfc restaurant I ask basic price combo burger with popcorn chicken , they said not available Today They are serving only more then 300 rupees combo packs which is they will easily get good business for they are Targets after that I left from that restaurant, kfc its a big chain property restaurant in the world they should maintain minimum price to maximum price food items , otherwise they should remove basic combo offer overall kfc restaurants.

I love this place . They are quick and serve good and quality food.The seating is bit difficult to get on weekends but still great place to have a quick bite .

The quality of the food is pathetic. I ordered for chicken popcorn with rice bowl, the rice quality was really pathetic(thick quality rice) served cold and also the gravy they provide is very less. I must say very bad option if you want to have there.

I came to have some food Mr Vinay was there in counter when bills get ready i gave him the amount unfortunately he rudely reply me there is no change n i honesty said i have no change, i request him to do some means for changes,but he refuse me, he ask me not to take food if there is no change, i told him shall i give u feedback about your behaviour and he replied yes, directly told me to give feedback about it. I am a regular visitor to inorbit since the day it started. Today I just happened to visit this outlet along with my family. Service at this outlet is very poor. There is absolutely confusion among the staff while serving the customers. They bill and make people wait for ages. Food they served was cold and on asking the entire staff gave a blunt answer. Worst part, entire staff dont use gloves while serving the food. When asked why this outlet doesnt use. A flat answer was given by the staff that they dont and no need to use gloves! Absolutely no hygiene. I wish the food inspectors raid this outlet as substandard food is served. Even the franchise owner should train the staff on how to talk to customers and handle the situation smoothly. Look at the picture, none of the staff use gloves while handling the food. They are seen touching the food. Absolutely no hygienic conditions. Pathetic!

I have ordered food at 8.05pm and didnt got my food even till 8.35pm also. when asked about delay, they simply told that they have given my burger to some other who have ordered after me. Such a careless KFC employees I have never seen in my life. Around 7-8 people are waiting since 30 mins to get their food delivered , but the staff is so careless they started taking fresh orders without responding to our orders. We a group of ppl started shouting for manager , then a guy pretending to be manager without name plate and denying saying his name has come and defending their staff behaviour. I would never recommend anyone to eat at this outlet. KFC officials, if you do see this review immediately change the staff at this outlet.I had been to more than 20 different outlets and my experience was awesome. This is the first time out of frustrated service posting abt this outlet.

Everything is good but the workers who work there need to have good communication skills they take much time to give our order so if you are urgent so dont think of it.

Bad experience with staff she dont no how to treat the coustmer its second time happen to me. She not greet and not give minimum respect to coustmer. She name is navanitha.you can train him to how to behave to coustmers. I am the regular coustmer i will observe many times she is not behaviour proper way.

Order amount : INR 1200.00.Ordered for a takeaway (parcel) consisting of four zinger burgers with additional cheese,four pieces of fiery grilled chicken and two mango crushers (large).The lady at the counter suggested french fries,so opted for two small packets.The lady took the receipt from me and passed it on to another staff for preparing my order.The packet was handed over to me by another staff and I left the counter.Reached home (about 15 kms from Inorbit Mall.) and I saw one of two chicken crushers leaked (couldve been packed in a better way.Also I doubt seriously about their size.They looked regular.)and the french fries werent really fried properly.And the four pieces of fiery grilled chicken werent even in the pack!Extremely disappointed with this low attention level of the staff who packed my parcel.Worst part is,I searched for the bill and realised I didnt have the bill (wasnt in the packet) to go back and claim for the non received items.(But I do have the charge slip that recorded the time,date,bill amount and the partial card number.).Unsure about the procedure to go back to the store on this,but lesson learnt in an unpleasant way and the next time,all the products (as ordered) needs to be checked thoroughly,from this outlet of KFC.Unacceptable.
