Well maintained restaurant, reasonably quick service. Options are limited to 10/12 items in each category. Taste and price are above average.

Blue Fox is a multi cuisine fine dining restaurant. You have options right from the regular South Indian delicacies to the North Indian and Chinese fare. The ambience is pleasant, but off late they are no more serving in glass crockery with cloth napkins. They have conveniently started using melamine ware with paper tissues. The service too has deteriorated over time.The food is yummy, and you must try their Sautéed prawns 🍤, chicken garlic 🧄 kebab masala (not found as an option in other restaurants), butter chicken, chicken 🐓 fried rice and steaks 🥩 . Their chicken lemon 🍋 coriander soup 🥣 is a must try. It’s nothing fancy, but yet comforting. Their Indian breads are definitely yum, but I wish they could serve them hot. We often have to send it back, only to receive some reheated stiff breads.

Worst service ever.I went with my friends at 1: 00p.m. waiter came and took the order at 1: 30p.m. I had to wait for water for 20mins. I have ordered starters and after asking for 25times. I got the order. It took 45 mins for then to give to soup.Worst service ever. I would never visit or suggest anyone. Pathetic service... Worst indeed......

Visited there for team lunch party and had great time. The management is little disappointing. Food quality is good but Buffet is not up to the mark. Ambience is gud with road side view plus private space.

Taste of the food is good. But the buffet section is not well managed. I guess they have pretty less staff to manage on a busy day. They are not able to refill the dishes on time. Even the space over there is very less. A little crowd at the food section leads to so much confusion. Ambience is fine. Food quality is good. Table waiting is fine too when they are serving certain foods on table, but rest is a mess.

The Blue fox restaurant and bar is one of the best for dinning in madhapur.The buffet was quite here are the items of the buffet.Starters:- Chicken 65,Corriander fish(the green one and its the best dish never miss it)Main course:- Prawns curry,fish curry,chicken curry,biryani and lot more the main course is awesome.Desserts:- sweets were like 6 varieties,2 variety ice creamThe ambience of the restaurant was quite good just alcohol and soft drinks were billed more but I just like it.

In this pandemic they delivery food packing worst than a local restaurant street side. They are maintaining basic norms.. Bluefox Banjara Hills is very very professional and cautious.

Taste was really good but the cost of individual items were very near to the cost of the buffet there. Service was ok i wouldnt say the best. Ambience was good for a restobar. So overall i can give 3 star rating for overall service, taste and ambience.

If you are excepting more quality then I suggest you guys not to go here...I felt it wasnt great feeling going here...and I also suggest going for ala carte than buffet..bcoz in buffet there are no more items so I felt it was not worth of 500 RS/- .and there are no much soft drinks n juices..

It is very pathetic service provided by bluefox Madhapur. I never seen this kind service and food.i argue you dont go to this restaurant for dosa and rotis. They will make you to stay for 3 hours.

Buffet and Alacarte both are available. Buffet is very less price here. Not much of variety available as well. Just some basic chicken items . Also has some Andra style food. Mutton is not available. Desert is also ok. Fish is good. Approximately 700 for 2 people for buffet which pocket friendly.

This is a cosy place. But service is pathetic. They dont come to take order. Ideal for those who just want to soak in the ambience. Even if they take the order, everyones order will be served at different times. First dish is placed. After few minutes cutlery comes. Then after few minutes serving plates are placed. Mutton starter is very chewy not good. Pepper Mushroom is very very spicy. Malai kofta a disappointment. But Mutton Biryani is delicious. Ended upto sitting for 2 hours for a 2 course lunch all the time waiting to be served.

Ambience is decent. Its generally silent and calm with mostly customers from corporates. Couples can also visit. Food quality is good but can be improved considering the price at offer. Currently roadway to the parking is undergoing some work. Valet parking is available though.

The food and varieties are not that great. The ambience is not that attractive. The restaurant is too dark for my liking. Apart from that. There was this pasta counter which had a fly in it when my Friend tried to take some. When we informed the guy he just took the dish inside. Which I am pretty sure just removed the fly and put it back in 🤢. I am if hygiene is not a deal breaker for everyone then u can definitely go in and enjoy some flysta.

Went here for a team lunch. Ambience is okay, staff are Courtois. location is at the centre of busy hi-tech City. Standard buffet menu but all the items tastes good from soup to deserts. Reasonably priced so you can go for team lunches.

I have been there with my team for buffet lunch. The service team needs to gear up. And the food quality needs to be improved. For Blue Fox the quality of food should go with the name. Manager was missing from the floor as soon as we started raising complaints.

The ambience is good. The food is great. Service is not up to the mark. Needs improvement. The staff are but lethargic. The place is always crowded during weekdays.

I reach Blue fox @2pm....get seated @ 220pm...order is taken @245pm. Order was simple...honey chicken and curd rice. Chicken arrives @3 ....no sign of curd rice (which is already buffet menu). Wave and remind....wave and wave and wave and wave. Customer seems to be the least important person. A fuming me complains to manager and asks for the bill and the erring waiter shouts give him a discount. Unbelievable!!!! A fine dining restaurant that deserves no star for service. Never EVER!!!

I had a great experience during my last visit for dinner .The restaurant is average prices and serves great food. The service has become better than before ...I think because of some change in the team. Will recommend it to my colleagues and friends .

They have the worst parking facility with rude and irresponsible wallet parking drivers. Being in close vicinity of hitech city, high floating of foreign travellers. Definitely not up to the mark of Bluefox. Happily ignore the place.

Buffet lunch is not that great for vegetarians, items are less and not properly managed. Taste is ok but not worth for vegetarians to have buffet here. Desserts are good with more items.

Food is good and tasty..in terms of quality is also good. Ambience is nice, when we went old melodies instrumental songs were playing which added the joy of having lunch there. Service can be improved which is not up to the mark.

We went for team lunch on Friday. They have standard spread. Seating is good. Food taste is good. Lunch buffet costs around 500 post discount. I have been to Bluefox kondapur and Madhapur. I never got disappointed. If you are looking for restaurant calm and decent spread, Bluefox is the one.

If the music is not so loud, this can offer a good place for a quiet discussion over drinks. Large portions of food and pretty reasonably priced menu. Easily accessible. Parking is difficult.

I will rate it as an average restaurant with average ambiance. But it is popular, you will find it crowded most of the time. The food was good but nothing exciting is there if you are a regular visitor of various other restaurants. The service is good and prompt. Been here for team lunch.

Food tasted good, liked the Ambience too. Have went there multiple times with friends and have enjoyed the service, few waiters are extremely courteous and few not there yet. When we went for a team lunch recently, the seating arrangement was congested, couldnt sit in and move out, and when we get up and push the chair a little back, it falls down which is risky if someone moves on that way. Have to be careful with that. Cost is competitive and worth it.

I had one of the best non veg lunch over here. I would definitely to recommend to check it out. The non veg starters were really amazing. Though the service was bit late they offered complimentary starter. Surprisingly biryani was quite good.

Good spread, good taste. Not so good service. Had to wait for the pizza in the buffet forever, could see a few slices of pizza in the spread only after we completed the dessert.The way they communicated that full charge to be paid for a 6 year old was rude.

Pathetic experience on new year eve. Me n my wife planned for lunch and i invited my colleagues family to join us. We were one of the early customers at the restaurant and placed order for special chicken biryani for my colleague. Even after about an hour of ordering biryani was not served. We reminded the staff every now and then but it fell on deaf ears. My colleagues spouse asked for a cold drink whcih was served 20 mins later. To our utter disappointment the biryani that was brought was plain cold and the saalan along it was a rotten one. It surely could be the previous days. The staff cited reason being a busy day when clearly there were vacant chairs seen. Fellow customers at other tables were also seen complaining about delayed service and tepid cuisines. I felt very sorry for bringing my wife and my colleagues family to this place.My sincere feedback to the restaurant management....please lock down your restaurant on special days... You certainly cant run this business with this quality of service.

Food is very good. You may feel starters are less, but it is reasonable for the amount they charge...Two stars less only for the behavior of the incharge and some of the staff.

Only had buffet option on weekday lunch. The options are limited and the food itself disappointing. The diners were waiting with plates in hand for staff to replenish food trays. Disappointed to see bluefox turning into this.

Descent place to have business meetings with good food at affordable costs.

While the restaurant is known for its fame in the City, I suspect the quality of the food here. I got about 2 square inch sized plastic cover in the dish when ordered Poori, when I called steward he checked it confirmed it to be plastic cover and conveyed apologies!!! Never felt like going again!!

Its a decent location to have a meal with family. Though, there werent much options on buffet, food was tasty. It has decent ambience.

Place maintained very neatly!!Good with starters and desserts but main course lacks taste. Dishes for buffet are placed at an end.....If you are seated at other end.... Youll definitely have long walk 😂😉
