I personally liked their service and ambiance. Have wide range of services including hair, face, manicure and pedicure. Most importantly nice hair stylists except for 1 or 2. Their products were also genuine and helpful. They gave utmost importance to Corona protocol which is was very important for me while visiting with family. The music can be still better for someone who spend hour to two on the saloon. I really wish their quality doesn’t degrade as most of the saloons.Cramped space but well planned and well maintained

The service is great. Rajesh the hair colorist did a great job with my hair and gave me great advice on hair care. Lam did a great job with the styling part I’m very happy with the service

Came back here because my first experience was good, but this turned out bad. Haircut was bad although I got it done by the same stylist and asked him to repeat the styling. I was charged 150 extra for hygiene. Ironically, no sanitizer and mask were provided. I dont think a fresh towel was also used to wipe my head after the wash. Ive read in the one of the reviews where you had replied that every other salon had hiked their charges by 25-30% due to COVID protocols but not you. Again, ironically, the rates are hiked compared to June-2021. The intimation about the price hike was only conveyed after I enquired about the higher value bill in the end. I traveled 15 kms for the same service I got the first time, but it was just a waste of time and travel. Finally, please stop asking the customers to rate you on Google maps then and there itself. The customers rating would not be honest if you keep peeping into his/her phone while rating.

Anu is very good at suggesting the best facial services based on the skin type. The styling experience was great for sure. They charged 150 for safety and hygiene, but I am not sure what they mean by that. They made some customer sit on the chair when I went for the hair wash but neither disinfected it nor wiped it. So what’s the purpose of the charges, it’s just to collect more money from the customer I guess. I am happy to even pay 300 as long as it’s justified, but this was mere loot!

This is my second time to this salon and it was a kickass experience as usual. Prayash especially is a phenomenal stylist, he gave my dead hair life. Extremely happy with the service.

Bhupen, the hairstylist at Mirrors is the best! My mum and I have been going to Mirrors for ages just because of him. My mum has tough short hair which only he seems to be able to manage. For the young and the not so young ;) Bupens hairstyles are fabulous!

One of the best salons in city. I went for keratin treatment and Bupen took time and did a wonderful job. Though I have such dense hair, he was patient enough to take few streaks each time for applying the cream and straightening. He also suggested me products to maintain the hair for a longer period. Updated Review - 07th Aug 20217 months ago when I first visited this salon, I was really Happy about it but not anymore.I opted for a manicure today and man! Do I regret it? This salon has increased its prices, charges 150 bucks for so called safety n hygiene fee, for God knows what!But I think they should spend some of the money in training Their staff in both soft skills and the skill for which they are hired to do the job.Their untrained staff Bhawani, literally peeled my cuticles off making me bleed so bad that I went for a manicure at 3 but I m still bleeding at 10 at night. You can see the pictures I just took. On the top of that, I agree that the girl apologized but even after repeatedly saying that you are hurting me, she kept on pushing my cuticles with all the strength she had and then cutting them off with the clippers.I then asked for the other staff from whom I take services, Medha and she as always came to my rescue. Please mind that the so called managers Ravi n Sneha( if thats their correct name) did absolutely nothing. They didnt apologize, they didnt try to compensate or anything. When I asked for a discount or voucher they said, for what? Its just a Nick. I dont understand then why do you call yourself a luxury salon? If your behavior and attitude towards the customers Is so lousy and careless, please remove the tag luxury salon and name it broken mirrors or something.They were not at all worried asking even once that are you ok? They just wanted me to pay.So much for the customer service. Really disappointed and I wont be visiting this stupid salon ever again.Ravi and sneha are completely helpless. Please dont call them managers.

Not very happy with the services.i had called the previous day and mentioned that Im looking for a very specific cut, they said they would assign their senior stylist, obviously coming at a price. Finally the guy just cut whatever he wanted instead of what I had asked him to do. The end result is not very flattering, only very heavy on the pocket. Will not re-visit

I absolutely trust him with my hair and love every time I get it cut by her!!! I always get so many compliments on my hair cut and she is the best to chat with while getting my hair cut!
