I am taking pain to travel to your store physical by 30 to minutes parking bike in your store and keeping baggage in baggage counter entering in your store and searching for the product and taking the product for 90Rs.and paying money for it and coming out of your store. Why there is difference in Online and offline purchase. is Online seperate company is running.

It is an all in one store for all of your home needs from cooking essentials and utensils to clothing and stationary and that too at cheapest prices.Most of the items here are priced cheaper than that of China bazar items, but the store busy all the time and it is difficult to move and carry trolley full of items within the congested space and for the billing there are long queues which seems to be frustrating for someone who want to shop on the go. Very nice place located near benz showroom Madhapur. All the products having discounts on all the days. Nearby metro station is durgam Cheruvu which is around 1 and half km approx. Heavy parking facility is available for 2 and 4 wheeler. Its open on all days. Food, clothing, kitchen, House holds , furniture everything is available and which is mostly heavy rush on all the days especially weekend its like jathara.

Great place to shop, especially bulk shoppers. I come here every month. Discounts here are amazing if youre ready for bulk shopping. Youll find every household item here. A complete place for all your needs. Daily use and food items are on the first floor while other items like crockery, kids items, stationary, bedsheets, bathroom products, clothing, etc are available on 2nd floor. I have even purchases a couple of relaxing chairs from here which are proving to be excellent so far.Psstttt... A little secret, if you find the billing queue to be busy, go to the 2nd floor, you might get it done quicker :) and dont forget to bring your own shopping bag(s), else get ready to pay for the cloth bags which are quite costly compared to the now banned plastic ones.

Lift not working yesterday (29-Sep-20) at 6pm to and fro parking area (4 wheeler). Firstly parking car we had no clue why lift was not working to enter store. Staircase was closed and staff staircase shouldnt be used when questioned, luckily lift came by grace of God. After purchase, lift not working and no sign at the place of lift that it is not working no one there guide us to parking. How do you expect customers to carry purchased goods to 4 wheeler parking area. Other customers were also complaining about lift not working frequently. When contacted customer desk the store manager (was hiding his id card not to reveal his name) asked to take a round about their store (which is a lot of distance) to get our goods into the car. Some security guard opened staircase and managed to carry hefty goods down staircase. If lift not working you should keep a sign board or close parking(common sense). The store wants customers to get in but least bothered after purchasing their goods. Very irresponsible staff behavior:(

Very reasonable. Prices are below the MRP. Its usually very crowded. I felt the best time to go here was early in the morning when they open or just about the time they close.The parking area at this joint is very badly maintained. There is lots of dirt and dust. Hasnt been cleaned at all. With the amount of footfall this place has, it is mandatory to have it cleaned regularly. Very bad stench coming from there. The fans are also not working.

D mart Madhapur store is maintaining very nicely, customer friendly store. Economical for middle class people, in this corona pandemic period management is taken good precautions in order to follow govt guidelines, my only suggestion to management is it would be more caution able if you would have provided gloves to the customers while shopping.

If u r shopping for 1000 u will save around 200 discount. On some products you will get buy one get one offer. But washroom are terrible.

Everything was good but some of the staff was not supportive on giving information.One more worst thing is for 2 wheelers parking facility not provided. They have ignored midde class people. But there was more bussiness given by only midde class.

Buy 1 or 2 or any quantity, the billing just charges 50% of the rate per piece. No other supermarket has this unique feature. But because of this, they are pushing consumerism. People buy more, consume more and more waste is generated.All in all, a great place for shopping at best rates.
