We ordered red velvet (cupcakes and jars) and chocolate cupcakes. They are delicious. My niece enjoyed the red velvet jar more.Only issue was that the cupcakes leaked a bit and we received only one jar while we ordered 2. Hence rating 4.Otherwise, would order again from Bakingo and expect better delivery.

I am a regular customer of bakingo. I have ordered nearly 10 cakes from bakingo.com. However, from the last order onwards, I have seen a downward trend of bakingo cakes... In the last photo cake for mothers day, the photo was pale and the ink of the photo was bitter as if non edible ink was used for preparing the cake photo..This time, if you refer the image of the orange donut cake, you can see the finishing in the middle is poor and looks like someone has scooped and ate some of the cake... Really disappointed with the cake time.. Even the cupcakes finishing is not great..This was honestly my last order from bakingo.com.As soon as I got the cake, I checked it and messaged my concerns to the customer service WhatsApp number... Even though they were online, they didnt even have the courtesy to acknowledge my messages and images.. Really disappointed with the customer service as well..If you treat your loyal customers like this, then they will certainly look for other options and will spread the word for your behavior too

This is the waste ever bakery I have ordered cakes.The cake is totally smashed and the bakery is not responsible for that as well as the delivery company is also no responsible.Waste experience ever.Rating-0/100

If you want your and your familys special day to be ruined please do order from them. THEY ARE PERFECT AND LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED TO RUIN IT!! This is the cake I ordered for my daughters birthday... they charged additional 200Rs to deliver at the selected slot of 1-2PM and went ahead and moved it 3-4PM and delivered it only after 4:20PM in the state attached in the images. When I called the customer service it was like an icing to the cake of ruining the Day further more with the attitude of the person. So please think like a zillion times before you order.

It has always been difficult as a vegan to order cakes for last-minute occasions in Hyderabad unless you order in advance. I saw Bakingo on Swiggy a few months ago and wanted to try it out.Finally had the chance today to place an order and it was worth every rupee. Placed an order in the morning for a vegan coffee cake and got it by the evening. The taste was great and it wasnt very sweet.Thanks Bakingo, cant wait to order again and try new flavors!

Do not use Bakingo. Had very unpleasant experience with them. I have placed an order couple of days before the delivery, they acknowledged accepted my order. But on the day of delivery, they refused to deliver, stating the delivery location is too far. It ruined my occasion to give a surprise on the occasion of my spouse birthday. They cancelled the order at the last moment! Could not order from anywhere at the last moment.

This application is best option to buy online cake. I once ordered cake for my Marriage Anniversary and cake which they delivered was really delicious. So now every time when I need cake I order using this application.

Worst experience I have had placing a birthday cake for my son! Delivery was late, the cake was damaged. I followed the process of sharing the details to their WhatsApps number and I was told the damage cake can be consumed. The delivery person who came with a replacement cake made a big deal asking for the damaged cake. Luckily we had not consumed & returned it. The cake was pathetic wasn’t fresh…will never order or recommend anyone in my community! I shared my experience on the WhatsApp number no curtesy to acknowledge the worst experience I went through!

Worst worst service. We ordered(dt: 8th may 2021) for my sons birthday cake via online(order no: 981282). They said due to some technical reason, they want to deliver next day of my sons birthday. What an irresponsible service???. Even we call them, they dont know the status and they dont know where cake was there. How can we celebrate birthday as per their delivery date??? what a shame on you Bakingo....even one star is also waste for this store

Cake was good and delivery was given at 9 pm. Would have preferred earlier delivery at around 6-7 pm as 9pm is too late for a cake cutting.
