They dont respond to your queries.You should forget your deposit money once you come out of the community. Reckless behavioir and least bothered people. You should forget your hard earned money.I strongly recommend not to choose this community.

Very Bad Security issues,No proper maintenance.Property Manager never respond to your problems.Do not ever move into this property

Just good room maintenance.Worst is they never respond to the problems. You will not have any Hello World direct contact and there will only be one guy in reception who will say I will take care of the problems every time. You will be asked to write mail to Hello world explaining your issues for which you will get deadly late mail replies which will not have the data that you ask and they dont even answer 10% of your problems (We got almost after 1.5 month). We lived there for 4 months and faced many issues. You will be charged for the things that no one knows. Sometimes the power bill is 2K/month just for single room without any high power consuming appliances. while moving out they just gave half of the deposit money.

Great place to stay. Management is cool. Anup and Deepak are really working hard to make the stay more friendly.
