Apartment is good and at a decent location. Very rarely you get to see any problem with community there. But owner of apartment especially #401 they squeeze your money while you leave or move out of the apartment. They charge you huge amount for the wear and tear of the apartment wall and furnishings. Especially the lady owner speaks good and you will understand the actual intention of renting the furnished apartment is to squeeze your money from you which are not mentioned in the agreement. Trust me the apartment will be checked by all her relatives every now and then without prior notice for the well being of the apartment and furnishings. Better watch for the wall paintings if by mistake some marks are left you are gone and will be charged for the whole painting and they force you to pay. I know this can be handled with them but because of the time constraints it is not worth discussing with them for the extra amount. If all these post comings are agreed mutually before you rent the apartment it is fine but they get all your money from you from your advance amount while moving out. SPOILER ALERT : Any familiar person to her will be checking the apartment frequently without any prior notice while being rented. I have to write this as i gone through the mess while moving out. Last one dont be surprised with the door locks jammed and you never know when it gets blocked to fix it you need to either contact the vendor of door locks who appears next day or you need to break it. If you break it you will be charged for the lock though not your mistake of locks being jammed (Keys of the locks are provided but locks can get jammed and keys of no use. Such is the failed mechanism of the locks and cost is burdened on the renters of no mistake). PROS: 1)Decent location 2) Less water problem CONS: 1)Old furnishings 2) Will be charged not agreed for 3) Privacy 4) Squeeze your money from your pocket.
