The food was alright and the place is fabulous. In fact do yourself a favour and eat inside. The manager was really nice. I misunderstood what he said in French and ordered aperitif twice. He gave the second drink for free.

Super expérience nous avions une wonderbox et très difficile de trouver un restaurant au mois daoût ouvert qui la prend. Aucun regret bien au contraire, service irréprochable, plats excellents, nous avons pu changer notre dessert. Je recommande vivement et nous reviendrons. Very warm welcome and excellent table service. Top staff. Very generous and gourmet dishes. I recommend the praline cake for dessert which is a killer because it is as soft as you want and well caramelized, the pink praline sauce is part of the treat.Very romantic setting. Quite expensive menu but its worth it because the quantity as much as the quality is there and if you are no longer hungry, you can take it in a doggy bag without problem so as not to spoil the delicious food. Exceptional experience at Cintra on September 4, 2021. 2 discovery menus at 49.95 instead of 100 thanks to Groupon. The duck breast, although a little overcooked, is arguably one of the best dishes I have ever had. This honey sauce, this beetroot coulis ... Hmm !!!Not to mention the very good service. What a disappointment for this Lyon institution!High-sounding titles on the menu for any dishes!A fresh, semi-cooked salmon, which was not, with its squid ink rice ... little flavor ... On the other hand, a cooked Lyonnais sausage, correct without more (22.95 €).For dessert, a huge meringue covered and hidden by whipped cream with 2 scoops of ice cream, forest fruits and wild blueberries: € 9.90, one ... only for sugar! No interest.We had the impression that the kitchen had brought out the big artillery (hearty dishes) to try to hide the lack of flavor!And the pinnacle of the bad taste of the decoration of the dishes, for us, cherry tomatoes in cluster, placed, as they are, on each plate!With 2 glasses of wine and a 40% reduction for 2, thanks to a promo, a note of € 55.22 !!! The staff is really very friendly and honest. The restaurant was full Friday night, our order was forgotten (these are things that happen) but the server apologized by offering us an aperitif to wait. The jazz piano atmosphere of the place is very nice. The dishes are tasty. The lemon is served with an original press so that you do not get dirty by pressing it. Prices are correct. Good evening, I was a regular at the restaurant last year where I came with my friend once a month but I had to stop because of the covid crisis. Wanting to return there because we had good memories, we were extremely disappointed not to find the quality of service which had been our favorite restaurant. Placing awnings at a table between the feet and a hedge filled with mice running over our feet, after 30 minutes of waiting, the waiter, named Sami according to the name on our note, finally took our order. An additional 40min of waiting to have our dishes lukewarm, where our server was on the verge of spilling my plate on my knees and no bread before half of the meal without counting the white wine, also lukewarm. Small bonus at the time of payment that I made in cash and during which I had to wait for my change again. Unable to take it any longer, we decide to leave and ask someone else for the said change to learn that our dear waiter had gone on a cigarette break .... I dont think we will go back there.

I imagine it takes a bit of time to regain your bearings after this difficult period and to find a good cook.

Disaster!!!!What to say !!! A disappointment from start to finish,We had a formula following the offer of a box.Choice of 3 starters 3 main courses 3 desserts. Choice vary and offer tempting but the urge is short-lived. In addition, we took a slice of cold meats with different prices on the 2 cards, obviously we had to pay the full price. 22 euros for 3 slices of ham and a slice of foie gras called homemade I doubt it served with a salad leaf 3 dry pickles .. plus a lobster risotto no taste no holding. The other dish is a chicken with mushrooms accompanied by rice ... I am still looking for the rice ... however the chicken cooking is very good. The dessert .... a meringue as hard as a stone ... like big big big pebbles with whipped cream (finally whipped cream juice) ... the terrace is very calm and very pretty without the visit of the many smiles present near the tables outside .... what a bad experience ... small positive point a really friendly waitress +10 for her. It was the only surprise of this evening ... memorable for once.
