Satisfied does not even begin to describe how I feel about my experience with Peacock. I bought a 64GB memory stick at a considerably cheap price, however more importantly, the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Quickly sorted an issue out for one of our corporate machines, and was communicated with during the entire process, and the price was fair given the work required.

Had a couple of apple laptops sorted out by them, all sorted very quickly and all seems good now. They transferred all the data from one hard disc to a replacement and I have had many less problems than usual.Will certainly recommend them and use them again myself.

Peacock Computers took my iMac in for a service and upgrade but it soon became clear a new model was needed. I was very happy with the advice I got and the replacement computer, which is working perfectly. My old model was 10 years old and I am confident the new one is perfect for another 10 years - with memory enough for all the files that will involve. I would certainly use Peacock Computers again.

I thought the service from Peacock Computers was really friendly, efficient and first class. The after-sales care was also excellent when I had a minor problem, post installation of new hard drive (causing loss of emails from the original HD), they fixed this very quickly, remotely and at no extra charge. I now have a desktop computer that will last another 5 years (already 6 years old), which is great value for a heavily used machine! I’ would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Peacock Computers services to any one in need of computer repairs, especially if they have a Mac! I wish I had not wasted weeks trying to get an appointment with Apple and gone straight to Peacocks. Thanks again for a truly excellent service

Took my tower in the same day I phoned. It was a complicated scenario which took 10 days but everything they did was as fast as they could do it! They kept me informed every step of the way. It cost me more than I wanted to resolve the problem but was worth it in the end. The after care was brilliant. Hoorah for remote control! As soon as I phoned with a problem they resolved it. UPDATE- 1* rating.Employee called me and offered refund for poor service if I took my review down... I assume they do this for every bad review they get?DO NOT USE!1* Rating:Will never use again.REDICULOUS diagnostics (90 quid) fee- with an incredibly poor actual diagnosis.They then quoted me 750 quid to fix my laptop. Where it would have costed me 650 to get a newly refurbished one of the same...DONT USE!

Whilst downloading ios10 my apple crashed. After trying restore no luck! I took it to a shop in New Milton where they told me it was terminal , nothing could be done. It was caput and only just over a year old.I was so upset and distraught. Even Apple said it was dead.I took to James Peacock in Lymington. In no time he solved the problem and everything got restored. Fantastic!I highly highly recommend Peacock Computers. They know exactly what they are doing!Many, many thanks for a great service.

Excellent service from Peacock Computers. Reinstalled my PC they have provided me with remote support for any concerns that have arisen including virus removal and help with my printer.

Peacock Computers replaced my standard hard drive on my Compaq laptop (maybe 10 years old) with a fast SSD drive and reinstalled my operating system and its working faster than ever.

Peacock Computers have made me a new website after looking after our old existing site for some years. My new eCommerce website looks great, runs fast and allows my customers to order all of our products online . The website works very well on all devices and it is easy to use while displaying my products beautifully.I also purchased a new iMac from their shop in Lymington high street and James set it all up for me at home and recovered my data from my old eMac computer which was 15 years old.

An excellent service, Peacock Computers were able to quickly identify and correct a fault in my Apple laptop. Apple at West Quay quoted £600 to change parts that did not need changing; Peacocks fixed it for a third of the price, I thoroughly recommend them, thank you!

I was having a disaster with my computer and ran into Peacock Computers stressed and panicked. I hadnt been able to work for over a week and they got everything sorted and had me back up and running in about an 1.5 hours! Absolute heroes! Lucy
