I bought a Dell all-in-one PC from Netline infotech in July 2018, while the staff was extremely courteous to me during the purchase, and promised after sale support, I have been struggling to get a technician visit my place for issues I am facing with an in-warranty system. Not only am I being harassed with promises of visits which never happen, but now the contact person is not even taking my calls.
