No parking at here.. one have to park there in opposite direction and its paid. some old offices there. seen much garbage and littering around. lifts not working when i was there. just some old offices hired on lease. nothing much important. yes but you do smell of disgust.

Very old construction, water seeps inside. Management of parking is very poor. It is more of an office space than a shopping complex.

Very bad experience. I parked my car carefully on the side keeping clear of the shop doors. It is legitimate to park inside the line. Still they threatened to get my car towed away! There is a parking lot but its far. The shopkeeper would have damaged my car. Traffic police would not tow it because it was properly parked. Surya arcade is an open market mall. Its nice but very few shops are there. And there is nothing to shop. It is not for shopping. I had gone for my mobile service centre

One of the old building of Ludhiana. They have not upgraded it with the time. Previously good brand showrooms were there but this time I did not find anyone.

There are many service center for phones here. I had been to Motorola service center in here. The customer service was highly unsatisfactory here. I had given my phone for repairing and they took almost 1 month just to change a simple in it.

Unattached to its name, its Black on the facade. Numerous floors but majorly only the 1st and the 2nd are populated with host of shops and agencies. Near to Plastic surgery clinic (Dr AK Gupta) and another Landmark of Ghumar mandi (Gagan Printers). Frequently visited for needs of printing works as well as Travel agencies. Stairs are the way to go. Entrance is usually clogged with a 100s of bikes, no place for car parking, no lift but clean interiors. Has another exit into Ghumar mandi but is usually kept locked.
