We had very bad experience with this travel agency with my wife. They just listen to your problem but dont solve or provide any solution . very poor staff and irresponsible. This was my worst trip ever because of the poor service given by this travel agency. I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

Our trip to Australia, and New Zealand, was fantastic! It had everything we wanted plus more. All of the arrangements were great and there were a lots of flights and transfers. Our trip planner was available when one of our tours was cancelled due to bad weather. We were re-scheduled for another tour and were immediately reimbursed for the trip that was cancelled. Our planner had really listened to what we wanted and coordinated a trip that was totally awesome!

We loved our customized trip to Patagonia! It was a great experience. The accommodation at Laguna Beach was too good to be true. The island tour was extremely enjoyable. The travel manager Aman from ltc planner carried out an excellent job in terms of coordination, planning and owing responsibility at each and every stage of the tour with all the concerned vendors.

Overall our trip was very good except while check in to Bangkok we were infor that our booking got cancel but thanks to Ltc travels It was sorted out in 10 to 15 minutes

Our travel advisor (AMAN) listened to our interests and then developed an itinerary that matched.
