I am sorry to share my recent experience with them is not good.We have taken chocolate cake but it was very hard and not upto the standard of J.J.Bakers.Whole birthday party got spoiled bxoz of this.Sorry but I am there almost regular customer since 15 years.And I have write this publicly because they doesnt any email Id on bills

Good quality food and cakes ....I have really liked the bread from here ..its the best quite and very fresh ....I have also tried the veg roll .but I didnt really liked the taste of it and they have other foods too like pizza and sandwich also and there are soo many cake with different type flavours and its very delicious ..must visit

I have ordered cake through it crossing branch or hazratganj branch or chowk branch before...first time I tried to order cake at branch which is near civil hospital...I purchased two cakes on 12-03-2020 one for take away same time and one for next day and paid the advance payment and they promised to give fresh cake at 12;00 pm next day...but the next day when some one go there to collect cake they give us the same cake which was in the show case a day before...When I received the cake I saw the same melted spot on side which was on that cake...I have both photos...I was so disappointed..at that point we are not in the situation to return the cake because our friends were waiting for cake cutting...cake was not fresh we could not finish it...when we complained they said they have send it by mistake..send the cake we will replace it...It was so disgusting...they didnt provide the compensation of it..we faced terrible experience at this branch ..

JJ Bakers is one of the best and finest bakery in Lucknow. Their stuff is fresh always. The whole wheat bread, pastries especially fruit pastry, are my favourite things. They also have wide range of fresh and yum cakes.

Very pathetic behaviour of the staff. I went there with my friend and had patties, grilled sandwich and pineapple pastry. I asked them was the item fresh(before placing the order) and they said they wont charge if we wont like the taste. Ok so the sandwich and patties was good at taste but the pastry was horrible tasted like a rotten spunge. As soon as I took the single bite, I complained them about it not being fresh and they started arguing with us in quite a bad language plus charged full cost of it. I left the full without eating it. Very bad service, neither me not my friends are going again at such a disgusting place. 😠😠😠😠

The quality and taste is awesome

I ordered fruit cake day before yesterday, then i received order yesterday the cake was imperfect tasteless fruit cake after that i complain them for worse, bad,poor cake they delivered so they told me it will check through quality control and they said cake was good that was not their faltu cake was fresh and but they are lying on that cake fruits was bad, poor not fresh smelling the fruits but they are not accepting their fault i will never ever recommended JJ BAKERS. They are taking full cost but not provide product fresh and tasty.

Everything was ok till Lockdown. After the lockdown the quality of their products especially cookies is nothing more than cheap road side biscuits. Moreover, with that depression in quality, the rate of product is also increased !!

J.J Bakery has so many outlets in lucknow.I visit both outlet hazratganj and kapoorthalaBut I have one complaint about hazratganj outlet their staff is misbehave with customers and making fun of customers. I seen many times which is bad behaviour of their staff in hazratganj outlet.Authorities must be think about it and take some strict action of their staff..Gives ⭐ star because of hazratganj outlet, dont have any problems with kapoorthala outlet.
