I am the happiest customer of Godrej interio. I have purchased modular kitchen from Ambience Ent, lucknow and fully satisfied with godrej brand...the quality of product excellent.

They have the best quality products,highly technical and support staff as well, which makes the perfect installation.Finishing of the Godrej product is very attractive and beautiful and Mr.Gaurav tandon was very polite to me....and really helpful to choose best modular kitchen of Godrej interio.

They are very bad in delivering customer services. They will take your money and then you have to argue with them for installation because they keep on delaying. Also I will recommend people to check bill because they will add something which might not be even fit in your kitchen/room.

Godrej services here are a fraud. The worker they provided damaged two of the doors later denied that he did it. And the service provider was highly unprofessional instead of replacing the doors he accused us . After repeated complaints not one person bothered to look into the problem. We had to bear all the extra cost because of their irresponsibility.

Very poor service. They tried to cheat. I booked modular kitchen with confirmation that they will give 15 years warranty but while installing 1 door was damaged and till date after 6 month it is not changed and also most of the doors are loose and i am calling them for services but they are not respondingRequest to all of you please do not deal with them instead talk to Godrej directly.

Extremely poor work ethics and professional etiquettes. These people only show interest till the time they hook money out of your coffers. After that they show their true colors. I would never recommend it to anyone. Cashing on the name of Godrej. Everyone should stay away from them.

It was an amazing experience working with godrej Interio Ambience Enterprise , they have great varieties of modular kitchen in your budget , and the service provided by them is so overwhelming , right from the interior designer Anchal shukla to the business head Mr Gaurav who understands your requirement and provides you results above than your expectations.

Horrible people. All they care for is money. The moment u pay, they stop caring. Make you run after them. Really horrible experience. Planning to sue them for their lack of keeping commitments.

Would have rated in negative if i could. Worst customer service ever. They take advance payment and then dont even pick up your call.No after sale service. Very bad behaviour and lousy work by staff.They also charge for fixing and transportation charges over and above your contractual amount.Dont ever buy kitchen from here.
