I am 9 yrs old customer of airtel.....went to get a new prepaid connection.... The services have not been active. Have paid the charges in advance. I also have some disconnect on the FRC charges taken from me. They have told me that the minimum FRC amount is 219/ but once back from the store ....I was shocked to know the the minimum FRC amount is 79/=.... Fail to understand who is at fault the company or the employees.... I was a sad experience overall after a very long time.

I go there for change sim from 3g to 4g. The executive Ashu takes my original adhar and my pic.. and 25 rs to change sim. And said within 6 hours it will be started.. I m still waiting... 16 hours passed... cant call and cant use internet... only incoming..... what to do after 598 recharge...

Very poor service. They giggle and laugh around and dont do any work. They never have balance in their payments bank neither they can assign you a new sim.

Here you can purchase Airtel SIM card , Airtel WiFi hub and all Airtel product and services. In alambagh area store is situated beside national insurance office.

Airtel should ashamed of this store..i was having some issue with the airtel number..when I visited first time they say server is down and then second day excused by saying they hire other boys from outside to deal the matters...and that boy is not present..means nobody is there to solve the problem basically they are busy in their world and dont want to be disturbed...we can talk about digitilization and modernisation but person working there behaviour remains same..so airtel and mr frenchise should be much ashamed of this store
