Is the service centre of Toshiba hard disk I went over there to replace my hard dics there a place within two days I was very happy with the service but I was unhappy with the location that they used to share...within the warranty you can replace your hard dics in the ECS where it was located on Aliganj near IIT college so if you are in Lucknow can replace hard dics within warranty period

Horrible service.The two ladies sitting there are extremely rude and unprofessional. Unhelpful and sipping tea, chatting on phone where they should be attending the customers.The service center itself is inside a house.Its my personal experience where i found them conning me about the motherboard problem in my phone (and hence pay 4000rs) whereas it was a charging port issue (got it fixed from somewhere else for 200rs).Beware :)

I believe this place to be a bit funny as thr was powercut thr ...Wen I first visited the place to deposit my seagate HDD for replacement and around 30-35 min I had to wait for the electricity ...So that my replacement could be dealt with...But to my surprise my HDD replacement came so quickly with in a week..

Pathetic. Gave them my Samsung F point hard disk for warranty, they returned SEGATE Baracuda model saying thats how it works from them.
