Nice place for casual hangouts and quick bites. Ambience is very good. Its just beside cinemas section in the mall, being really convenient to suffice hunger calls before or after watching movie. Talking about the food its mediocre and is not worth the prices. But shakes are totally worth the prices. We ordered peanut butter chocolate shake and brownie waffle shake. Loved both of them. And as the name suggests, its a special hub for tea. Tea lovers gonna enjoy a lot because different genres of tea served here.

It’s a nice place with a good ambiance and food.We really love the shakes but talking about the service it was slow and because of that our kit kat shake was not that good like the peanut butter one.Please improve your service timing otherwise its a good place to calm your hunger .

It was a nice cozy place but the shakes that I ordered arent what I expected. It was a let down both the peanut shake and the brownie shake. Such a strong smell and taste of peanut that after half the glass it became difficult to gulp it down and then came the brownie one there was smashed brownie inside the shake which became damp and it felt not so good. Apart from shakes u can try anything but at ur own risk...

Tea Trails has been rightly named; their teas are just amazing.This place provides the right atmosphere for a casual conversation with friends, a get-together with family, or an intimate meeting with your date.The ambiance is very good. There is a wall dedicated to random works of art that revolve around tea. The chairs are comfortable and provide a decent lounging experience.The service is also pleasant. The staff was friendly and gave his recommendations on the teas they do best.I highly recommend the Cranberry Iced Tea. This refreshing drink was something I never experienced before. Tea Trails does provide food too.Im certainly heading back to this chain Its definitely worth a visit.

Sweet owners all cute and chubby, waiters are Humble. Nice place to stop and have tea or light snacks... I myself visit tea trails every opportunity i get. It is best place to wait while your movie starts and the best part is it is light on your wallet.

Ordered 2 teas and both tasted almost the same. BBQ pizza was awesome though. Ambience is good except for the loud music being played. Such places need to have slow and soulful music to enhance the taste of tea.

This is one of those reviews jahan khana or waiters dono itne kharab the ki Maine search karke socha ki main review kardu so that others dont waste money here. Very poor food quality and chai as well but the prices are high. And the most peculier thing happened where i found a worm in its garlic bread and they didnt even replace it or return my money. Also they use mayonnaise instead of cheese on garlic bread and pizzas. And it was kind of stale as well. About chai i think they already make it beforehand and serve it to customers when they order.

I went there for four times with Moma and papa I have ordered kulladh chai ..I must say taste was par excellence and the ambience of the place is really good though it is surrounded by PVR and food court but still when you sit there you can feel the warmth of that place and above all the gesture and behaviour of staff and owner the way the speak to you , one can easily identify there dedication towards customer delight .... way to go looking forwards for many more kulladh teaAll the best

Were regular at this cafe quality going down day by day of everything ..!!frankly in lucknow most cafes/ food joint dont work cuz they cant maintain food quality and as a foodie me and anyone can see it .!!
