My first transaction with Gaurav Verma, the owner of Opulence Perfumery and its online store Splash Fragrances.com, went rather poorly. My Dunhill signature collection was nearly a month late (due to Covid related shipment delays). But by my 4th or 5th order I extremely pleased with his services and flew all the way to Lucknow to meet him and visit his shop.Few things I like about them:1. Extremely wide collection range: Youd be hard pressed to find a showroom anywhere in the world that stocks both Bortnikoff and Titan Skinn under the same roof. Being an ardent perfume lover who loves and owns both, I can assure you wont need to knock on any more doors once youve visited this place. They also sell Japanese incense and other boutique fragrance materials.2. Competitive price: Being fairly price conscious myself, I have time and again noted that Opulence/Splash have some of the most competitive prices in the market, both across decants, partials, samples as well as packed bottles/3. Guaranteed authentic products: Having smelled and bought 200+ perfumes across 20+ countries, I can vouch for the quality and authenticity of their products. They are 100% original and many indie perfumers have reported them as the official distributor of their fragrances in India. Some of Indias most prolific perfume collectors but from them.4. Courteous behaviour: Both Gaurav and his staff are extremely polite. They have a client first mindset that I daresay is hard to come by on todays online marketplace. I dont know whats wrong with everyone here at review section , i visited the store and took a sniff at dylan blue and chanel allure from theirtesters and i have been using dylan blue from past 3 years and i csn tell right away it was FAKE and chanel allure smelt exactly same as their FAKE dylan blue.Kindly test the fragrance from shopperstop sephora before buying it from Opulence.
