This company is a fraud.This software company run by Mr. Sudipto the CEO of Arpan Interactive Service. Mr. Sudipto the way you have conducted your behavior to your employees is very shameful and disgusting. Company cant give salary to their employees and experience letter you are not a company to be trusted. Your employees are the very structure this company, and any company for that matter, depend on for success. Without them , your company would be nothing. And so far, from many ex employees that have worked for you, also have experienced the same shameful treatment you display. If you dont pay me what I worked for or give me my experience letter I will take this to court, which will be devastating for your software company. Im not the only one you have cheated and probably wont be the last untill you learn that integrity and truth will get you farther in life instead of your constant lies.I have list of ex employees who faces the same issue from this Fraud Software Company. Why you peoples hire for Night shift if you wants to switch them in to day??I personally talked with all ex- employees and they all said that same incident happen to them likeSalary issue,Cheque Bounce,Not giving Experience Letter.That such a shameful.Sincerly,Shivrag Shukla
