Very rude staff and backed by the rude owner. Why are you running a shop when you dont have the time to serve your customer. You should only go there if you are ready to be disrespected because they are doing you a favour by selling you their products.

Surprisingly good range and quality. Great for mojris and kolhapuris.

No doubt the jooti’s are good, but the customer service is extremely poor. I bought 4 jooti’s off them and they packed 3 and when i called them the next day to inform of it? They asked me to come over and see what can be done, when i went to their shop they straightforwardly rejected the claim say you must have dropped it somewhere. So why did they call me to their shop in the first place? Just to waste my commute fare.. i have been their customer since 4-5 years, but sorry this was the last time. Also not to mention the person on was was pretty rude. Please upgrade your customer service because people have a lot more options to buy from where they might get better customer service for the money they have spent.

Though it is a very old shop with ethnic Kolhapuri jootis and chappals, but I couldnt notice any changes in designs. all the foot wears are flat without high heels etc. though Customers demand and search for it and some innovative products, but perhaps the management dont bother for this. online payment facilities are available here. not wheelchair friendly.
