Awesome collection..though bit high priced but the footwear is damn good..

Hello, I just wanted to inform you that I am juhi Mishra and I have purchased inc.5 sandal on 27th March 2021 from saharaganj mall Lucknow. I have just wear that heels on this Friday and the relaxo in the hill was coming out within 1 day of wearing it. Suggest me what should I do now its not been even 6 months of the purchase and the total cost of that pair was around 2490.

Very bad experience. I have complaint many times but nobody is replying . I have bought many heels from the store but the last one was defective . And after pandemic nobody is helping. .

I purchased men loafers (privo brand) from here. Within 5 month base of that shoe break and when I went thr. Manager said its not come under warranty period but when I purchased they said we will assured you about the product quality.Over all zero rating and not a worth products.
