Bata has been a name on what my family and I always depend on for footwear for quality, performance and looks.Always have used footwear of Bata only.But unfortunately my last shopping from Bata turned out to be disappointment as a footwear we buy from Bata didnt even last for 6 months.

BATA Hazratganj, they have good friendly employees...unlike their Gomti Nagar counterpart!The brand BATA has to really watch out... the kind of recruitment they are doing! Their Gomti nagar store employees largely are always Unwelcoming. To top it, they have a Store manager who is not only incompetent but lacks both soft skills as well as communication skills. The experience was highly upsetting today & they have not only lost one customer in me today but many more because I will be unable to lie like the BATA Gomti Nagar store employees and paint a rosy picture of this place when actually it is a thorny place :(
