Request every one dont ever buy from this shopWorst experience of my life.....and worst after sales service.....once they will take payment , like they did with my money fifty thousand for lg air conditioner....and making me run from pillar to post....as they got it installed by a road side mechanic and within 3 months the cooling started to reduce and now there is no gas in it....it has stopped working...I want replacement of my air conditioner

Worst customer experience ever. Better purchase it online, they are better, faster, and much more customer-friendly.I have purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 months back and the purchased product arrived the next day. At first, the executive which was supposed to come and set it up came after 1 week and he just opened it from the packaging and switched it on, My parents who dont know the tech much asked few queries to which he replied someone else will come and explain the features to them (which never happened).We got to know the door dispenser doesnt work and there is a dent on the door the same day itself. Also, the key was not available. We kept calling them but didnt get any answer.  After few calls, they replied since the lockdown started they will come and resolve our issues once it is over. After the lockdown was lifted we contacted Reliance Digital again they sent one Samsung executive who confirmed we received a faulty refrigerator from reliance, to which reliance digital replied the time limit for this to report was initial 15 days after the purchase. They didnt take any responsibility for the poor quality product which they sent.We called them numerous times after the purchase to which we didnt get any reply, this was so frustrating experience. Please buy it from a trusted site that offers their customers a better service and even pays attention to the issues afterward. This was my first experience with Reliance Digital and after this, I dont think there will be a second time. Hope this helps those who want to purchase anything better purchase from some other place.

Dont opt for their installation because of two simple reasons, first its crazy expensive. The guy that came to install split air conditioner charged rs. 6000 for 3 meter copper pipe and 12 meter electrical wire. Secondly, for installation, these people send gaanv ke launde-lapaadi.Booklet that I was given at the time of purchase showed service price was 875 something per meter, also, one of the sales guys told me they charge Rs. 1000 per meter for copper pipe and the technician who came said when charging me 6000 that if I think he is overcharging me then he would return me if his supervisor thinks he overcharged me.The guy goes to install air conditioners and the funny thing is that he himself doesnt know what to charge for copper pipe and he didnt give me the bill.The installation guy came at 7:45 pm and left at 12:45 am and if had not insisted he might have stayed the whole night. Thinking that he is having fun at an amusement park or something.I literally threatened them that two of my friends are Magistrate. I will lodge an FIR against fraud. Then they paid heed after several days and refunded rs. 1100. Originally I was billed Rs. 6000.Let me tell you something straight. These guys are some of the most corrupt people in Lucknow.Copper pipe doesnt cost more than 500-600 per meter and sleeving also doesnt cost more than 50-60 per meter. If I had this AC installed through a local vendor. I wouldnt have had paid more than 2500-3000 instead of 4900.Haseeb was the name of the technician.

No Product knowledge to staff just standing putting hands in their pocket and asking customers for their Hotspot to give TV demos useless waste of time and money

You can get good discount on few products but they dont always have the latest models of phones and tablets on display at the store. And their installment service is not up to the mark, i ordered a split AC and their installment workers did a really messy job they damaged the wall pretty badly and were not much experienced to be honest. So be careful when you order an installment service from them after a purchase of AC or any other appliances.

Its ok to visit there, but prices are too high and you rarely get any discount in comparison with local market.

They have got nice options and good customer service. I had issue with one of the product and I was not expecting the resolution instantly, they know how to provide good, humble and professional customer service and thats what a customer wants.

I am writing today to complain about poor durability of the item that I had purchased from your company . I am using lg products from very long but this is bad and fake product I had received .I purchased a double door refrigerator on 1-7-20 and only 5 months have gone.I am very disappointed about the electronic items that I have purchased.refrigerators colour is continuously damaging by its ownIts colour is continuesly removing since last 3 months.I think that the quality of the product is very bad.I do not have suppose that LG refrigerator will give such a bad result.Dont buy any product mainly electronics from reliance .When I complained about that they are not responding........ Nor giving importance

Worst language of staff, no experience, no customer handling

Went to see smart watches, apple, Samsung and amazefit available, presentation average, executive knowledge about the product poor. I was asked to search online to know the various features. The items on display were not charged / poorly connected. My personal powerbank was used to power up a watch to check its features, which of course the executive searched youtube to explain to me. Disappointed.

Its a nice place for shopping Gadgets and electronics but the only problem is thay take a bit more time than other places.
