The Spring Green Project is fine but builders have cheated the buyers of the flat in multiple ways leading to severe dissatisfaction among the residents. Taking permissions from Jila Panchayat instead of LDA made it illegal construction and being threatened to the extent of demolition , Disputes regarding Chak Road, Creating fake RWA , Club House facility is being commercially exploited by builders although created by the fund of flat buyers.
