I have learnt here how to prepare work schedule, tendering, billing loop wholes and safety engineering as well.But Here one person do all things like safety engineering, billing and planning engineering, preparing audit reports, all responsibility of site execution, quality control engineering, coordination with the architecture and structure consultant for drawings revisions, short out drawings observations and corrections and follow up to get drawings as per master drawings schedule, award the drawings to the vendors and maintain all drawings and records and others all of things.Here is one question that how can a person can manage all above things and if someone is doing that should be understood that any work will not be perfect. I have done here all above things.In the last, I want to suggest to 1OAK Atmos management to keep the individual staff of the perticular field to get the better results. Very helpfull.

Delayed construction,check rera timeline,excavation not done,dispute with vendor and brokers.So many cancellations after launch ,check record from builder will not show because truth.LIC agent is director without project knowledge.No senior staff , all left company in months .Investor fooling by Singapore name and false stories.
