Good hotel, safe and quite comfortable. Nice and big restaurant. Food was good too. Marks ...99.99 %.Only draw back was, no mobile charging point was found near to the bedside.

If u need a place which give u feel like a palace. Go for it. Only problem is the location. It is totally in the middle of the busy roads of old Lucknow and stick to a flyover so u can find traffic most of the time. Once u r inside the place is worth going.also check the rooms first most of the rooms bathroom r in bad condition. Their bathtubs r BROKEN and no proper sanitation. Please check the room first and then go for check-in.

It is good for people who wants to Experience the feel of a palace. However it is a bit on older style... Bathroom fittings are also a bit old.. you may feel a bit irritated as water flow in washroom are on slower side and do remember a bottle of mineral water costs about INR 53/-.

Good hotel looks from outside. all dark passage inside.no proper ventilation. Bathrooms are congested.Flow of tapswater where I stayed very very slow.no pressure.drop the idea to take tub bath.Problem of drinking water.only one jug.Not a proper place to stay.All passage remain dark.

We were 5 family members including one girl child. Booked through Agoda 2 rooms at Hotel Deep Palace for 4 nights. Very wrost experience. No Hygiene, mosquitos were all around, washrooms were leaking, bedsheets and blankets were kind of not clean. I requested Agoda to cancel on the same day of check-in after I see the property, but we all know, not possible to contact AGODA IDIOTS.....End of our visit we all were COVID Positive.

Its a beautiful vintage property with very chic interior decor. A 3 star hotel though somehow the bar prices are amazingly low! Service is above par. Very few places where u can get old world charm of Lucknow. Live ghazal singing with food. Also, the liquor is super cheap here

Good hotel. Room was spacious, bathroom was small and not very clean. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was very good with lot of options. However one thing I did not like was that they created fuss about me ordering some food from outside for my daughter. Location was okay but getting a taxi took lot of time.

So I happened to visit the property last month with my family. The hotel is an ideal example of what hospitality in hotels should be. We were delighted with the beautiful view that the rooms had along with such trained, polite and dedicated team of staff members who are always eager to assist you. The service was up to Mark and the rooms were of superb quality. Will ensure I return to the property soon and hopefully for a longer stay this time

This hotel is disgusting!!! Just nice from outside!! We were lucky not to book it in advance because when we saw the room there it was completely different from the pictures: no window and humidity smell everywhere. But the worst thing was the receptionist. The first thing he said was that he had to give us two separate rooms for male and female. Realy?!?!? This must be a joke. We are married and he couldn’t even ask before saying that ridiculous comment. Worst attention we had in two months in India.

Excellent service and spacious rooms, what else you want for a hotel at the heart of Lucknow. I loved it and would surely visit again. Only con being the access control card which needs improvement. Else, it provided 24*7 room service and has several banquet halls and restaurant and bars to cater to your needs. Keep it up, hight appreciated!!

Hotel property looks nice from the outside however rooms are not of 4 star quality. They dont provide complimentary water bottles and charges Rs 52 for 1L kinley mineral water bottle, electric kettle in my room is dirty there were hair particles present inside it. They dont provide any kind of slippers in the room. They dont allow outside food so whatever is in there menu you have to choose from it or eat outside. So, overall I would say dont get fooled by the star rating its just like another regular hotel in the city.

An ordinary budget hotel. The positive is very helpful staff. A big parking lot. Breakfast and meals are just about passable.

Stayed on 21 August, Room was compact, access to lift was not direct, had to walk full circle to get to the lift. Asked for newspaper and was provided with May 2019 newspaper. Food quality good but price exorbitant, one chapati roti o6-7 size priced at Rs. 56 including GST, paneer butter masala at Rs. 500. There was heavy pounding noises on tghe roof at 1 am in the mddle of night disturbing the sleep. LED TV in the room was of very cheap quality, image was not clear and strain on eyes. Do not choose the hotel if other similar price options are available.

Two star s b coz we got room with no water in bathroom tab, water was available in basin s tab but in wash area it wasnt. After complaining many times it got repaired. But it was like 1 hour for one person to bath. Except that hotel is ok.

Room wasnt good.The door was in bad condition. Upon complaint we were given a new room which was slight better. There were mosquitoes.But then the food was good and delicious. Variety of food were served.

My stay was good however few complaints...Hotel staff was not very accommodating when requested room change due to suffocation caused by lack of ventilation in one of the rooms where my relative stayed.Apart from that most of the general services had to be requested and were not directly provided.Very basic things like tea, ironing clothes were out of the market expensive.

The service is a bit lacking, sometimes you have to ask for something more than once, but that may have been because we were a large group of people staying together. Ambience is good, breakfast was good. One surprising fact was that there were no Indian style restrooms in the entire hotel.

Its Nice place for Celebration !

Though the location is nice but it is difficult to reach cos of so much traffic in this area. Driving a car here is a hassle but once inside its campus its is really beautiful and well constructed with good rooms and great food. Staff is good and helpful.

The room service here was excellent. Food is expensive. Rooms have moderate space. Problem is that they did not gave me the AC remote, so i had to get up from the bed twice to adjust the AC setting. The bed was hard so i had difficulty sleeping

Hotel is decent but its is definitely upto the standards of a 4 star hotel. Housekeeping is just average. Wifi coverage is not good and ventilation in rooms is almost nil. Room service n food is good though.
