Hi guys.This is to bring to the kind notice of all the prospective customers that since the 2nd wave of the pandemic has hit Lucknow, the staff and the owners of particular medical store located in Rajajipuram, Lucknow have not only shown their true dark colors of inhumanity in the manner in which they deal with the customers but also sheer discrepancies in the pricing of certain items for sale in their so titled pharmacy.Disclaimer: These are only a couple of examples which I faced. And I am sure there are a lot more.Some 25 days back, I had bought a Microtek Pulse Oximeter for 1000 INR and I also have a hand-written receipt for the same. Some 15 & 25 days later respectively, the same staff members ( which I suppose were acting under the orders from their owners) started asking 1800 and 2500 INR for the same product, which shows how they have manipulated their business model just to feed off the patients and their families in what we can all call is a crisis period.The second example is from yesterday only, when one of my family members shared a snapshot of a medicine and I decided to go to their store. I showed the image to one of their staff members and they gave me the 5 tablets I asked for. This morning .when a family member, saw the medicine I brought home, pointed out that it was not the medicine that was in the prescription, I went to their store and gently asked If I could exchange these tablets for other strips of medicines that I need to buy and I would pay the overhead amount. The staff member not only disrespectfuly rejected the idea of exhange but also did not even listen to what I had to buy else and shifted his attention ( though I doubt he pays any at all ) to another customer.At the end I would like to say that please try and stay away from this store as there are many replacements you could find ( nearest one being Sharad Medicals - Anurag sir there is quite responsive and responsible when it comes to handling the customers).Thanks
