Dont Buy Any pet From Here, I Bought a Rott pup from Chitra pet and I asked to see a parents of a puppy but they dont see me because he is only a puppy miler and dealer, after some time my puppy suffering from hip Dysplasia which is not curable.Fraud personDont but any pet from here

They are highly fraud type of pet sellers. They are here in the market just for the sake of money. I bought a labrador from them. And within 15 days she became sick. I was continously trying to approach them but I was unable to contact them. So I approached the doctor, they told me that she was suffering from Fitz. The shop owner never told me about this. I tried to contact them by my other number so he picked up and after telling him my issue, they started arguing with me.So I request everyone to plz dont go to them. They are just a heartless businessman.

They have good quality puppies available..also they provide every detail about the puppyI have taken A Golden retriever puppy ,he is very healthy Being a first time dog owner i was very confused but Abhirup(owner) helped me with all my queries related to them.Thank you Chitra pets

Very bad crech they killed our beagle dog.. Never suggest this to anyone.

Do not go there , they are heartless they treat animal like a product. I Bought a German Spitz they told it is of 35 days later i came to know it was of only 29 days, It was very weak and had fitz problem from day one being a first time owner i couldnt recognise the fitz problem but when i consulted the doctor they told me about it, when i asked the shop about the issue they started arguing now we are filling a FIR complaint against them . I bought the dog on 12 Feb it died on 21 feb . It was diagnosed with CD (Canine Distemper) a very fatal disease that is by birth. I hope our Indian Law will do justice to me and my dog (Pogo).

I got a German shepherd puppy from here, she is very healthy and heavy bone and nice place for taking products.

Very irresponsible and a purely business minded owner. a friend of mine gave her dog to the owner of Chitra pets abhirup for 3-4 days as she and her family had to go outside the town due to some emergency but the owner told them that he has no clue about the dog and that the dog ran away.she told that when she visited owners house along with her relatives and when they made pressure on the owner then he asked to purchase a new dog and a catalogue was shown from his counterpart in which there were different breed of dogs .she also told me that when her family made their mind to file an f.i.r. (first information report)against the owner he absconded and now hiding.moreover she told the form which was filled by her at the time when she went to gave her dog to the owner that form duly filled by her is also missing.there is high possibility that the form of pet has been removed because the owner never wanted to leave any proof.Therefore it is a very humble request to all the pet lovers that if u all r planning to give ur pet for any reason to Chitra pet house near tehseel telephone exchange road please dont.These dog breeders although make every sort of advertising making promise that this is the best place for ur dog and best dog are sold but after this incident nothing is hidden .it is also my personal recommendation that where there is dishonesty and no responsibility it will never be a good idea to enter into any sort of trade with the dealer whether It is Chitra pets or anyone else.Dont purchase and give ur dog to anyone.they are just like our brother and sister ,our family member.

Very rude behaviour of the owner when I came to take back my pet. He had no clue about the chain and jacket of my dog. There were no one to take care of pets.

My neighbor sent her dog here for 3 days and on the second day,the owner called,saying that my friends dog ran away.Very irresponsible behavior of the staff and also,they want to compensate by giving them a new dog like its an object.
