Good office space to work peacefully. Meetings, conference and one to one sessions for I consider this perfect. Very professional which I like and always give priority. Good co-ordinatuon of servicr staffs. Tea, Coffee served as per ur choice. Polite service staff and they are always ready to help. The whole office space is very well maintained. Though in initial couple of years, it was a well maintained property with ample parking space and cooperative staff.Gradually, the parking is hard to find, lifts are full and you will have to wait for long time (and you cantthink of climbing 10 floors).This year, during monsoon season, roof was leaking heavily, articles for tea and coffee are not timely replaced.

Very poor response there cost was too high . Every Startup needs a low cost office space. But when I call. They told me 10000 per person. I visited noida few months before. Noida co-working space price start 4400/- per month per seat.

Awesome building. So many IT offices. Near TCS lucknow. So many Restaurant at Ground Floor.

Though still most of it is unoccupied, its an ultra modern property with some good restaurants and a few offices.

Good place for food and wine, you will find out more restaurant at the upper ground floor of the building, TCS and mostly IT offices are also there.
