I went to buy jio wifi device there.But they increased the price 100%.One year back I bought this device 999 rupees but now they are selling 2000.Just ignore thi.One more thing, they are selling bundle package 3500 rs . In bundle you will get device, 3 month plan and one power battery.No use just ignore this device

No social distancing followed at all here. If you come here for any service related issues, you will be asked to stand in long queue, but if you come here for a mobile purchase you will be treated like VIP and the complete queue will vanish for you.Pathetic customer service.

They have huge area they have all accessories like mobile back cover,headphones,etc.are available here.they are very polite and humble towards their costumers.

Worst store ever! No guidelines are followed, no rules no regulations nothing! Pathetic service! The customer priority isn’t given at all. The first come first sevice is not at all followed! Any one can enter at anytime, never visit this store!

One of jio staff member behaviour is worst with customer, they even dont know how to treat and talk with customer. One of my worst experience I ever feel with this particular shop.

Normally Jio Stores are one of the least time taking stores in the telecom segment, as they have state of the art facilities. The e-KYC and POS payments enhance the experience, but this particular store had some issue with the POS machines and thus it took us around half an hour.The executives were helpful and a bit ignorant. The store is on the lower ground floor and can not be noticed from normal traffic.

They provided best possible services which they can. Jio digital Staff people are good.

I want to bring in your kind notice that I have booked my Jio phone on dated 25/8/17 in the above store. when I went to collect the booked jio phone then they are miss behaving with the senior citizen, I stand in the queue for more than 5 times whenever my number come they feed my mobile no & do not wait even 1 minute for otp and start booking for another person as soon as it comes they instruct to go for again queue thrice such type misbehave with me after 4 days when my no came in queue luckily my otp generated within second then they have fed my wrong aadhar no & told your aadhar is not taking your finger you again come in the queue next day on 21 oct when again went they call me to come at 8 pm when again I went they told me manager has gone you come in next day they have not created separate line for senior citizen. Please let me know how long I shall stand in queue, therefore, file my complaints about the following issue1- miss behave with the senior citizen as I am 70-year-old bank manager2- They have not created separate queue for senior citizen3- Above store staff/manager is creating problem in a pre-planned manner4-- They are harassing to me as well as to another senior citizen, therefore, It is requested to you please take suitable action otherwise I shall be compelled to move legally through senior citizen forum as I am an executive member of varisth nagrik samiti - Lucknow.
