Worst service, rude behaviour did not delivered the courier and never contacted me

Rude behavior, courier not recieved till now, worst service

Had very bad experience. I sent my books from Dhanbad to lucknow. After reaching Lucknow they refused to deliver even after repeated calling. Many times they dont even pick up calls and when they pick up it was like they are doing huge favour to me. Their customer care number is also not responsive or helpful. They did not even speak to me properly. In the end I had to go and collect my package myself. It was worst. No professionalism. They are just there to cheat.

Worst service, their mobile number has very bad reception and i had to call 100 times just to enquire about the staus of my courier sent from delhi.they website is always offline, so no way to track online.
