The ambience of the store is amazing. The Covid 19 safety protocal is strictly followed. The staff is cordial.

What a bunch of cheaters. I wanted to get a new sim card since my sim could not be cut to nano sim size as its chip was too big for nano. It should have been a fairly simple procedure, but to my surprise the store guy declined and said I can only get a Post paid sim??? Why? Just because post paid gives you more profit. He also said giving a prepaid in return would be impossible since you have not used the sim for a long time so it must be deactivated. The funny part is when I said I am receiving messages, he told me me MESSAGES HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH SIM BEING ACTIVE so even if I am receiving SMS its deactivated and I must get a postpaid sim to fix it. Seriously? Dont know why these people think everyone is illiterate. Bunch of cheats.

Very unprofessional staff . Store seems upmarket but the people inside are very rude nd dont know much about the technical support they were supposed to be giving to their clients. No wonder Vodafone is dying in India.

Have been here 2-3 times for my sim related work. Staff is helpful and do their best to solve the issues customer may be having. You have to generate a slip after entering the store so that you can get a specific table number where you will be served.

Good fast personalised Working...

People are good and they try to resolve complaints as much possible. But Vodafone as a company has degraded itself over years. One of the poorest network in India and I have been suffering from last 3-4 years being a Vodafone user and still they dont care about resolving my complaints at all. This is pathetic.

Good staff. The only shortcoming is that there are no seating arrangement for persons waiting for their turn. They should have some seating arrangement atleast for senior citizens.

A beautifully build store, with nice ambience. Very organised and systematic way of work.The staff is cute and happily offer help if one is first time visitor like me :-)Take token and wait for ur number to be called. There r like 6-7 representative who attends customers and solve their query, explaning everything in detail spending gud amount of time.Overall a great satisfying experience.

Worst experience on every visit. On first visit, Staff were busy in gossiping and customers were waiting with their tokens in hand. On second visit, token machine was not working, no manual token provided. When I visited staff their after waiting for 15 minutes , he asked me to take token and come as machine was functional then.
